    Abstract: A wireless device including: an antenna wirelessly coupled to a terminal, a network interface coupled to a baseband unit (BBU) that perform baseband processing, and a processor configured to: convert a wireless signal received from the terminal into a baseband signal to be transmitted to the BBU, convert a baseband signal received from the BBU into a wireless signal to be transmitted to the terminal, and determine, when failure occurs in the wireless device, whether the wireless device takes a measure against the failure or not based on a first index indicating a level of the failure and a second index relating to the number of users that are affected by the failure.
