  • Publication number: 20240330138
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for detecting anomalies in an operation behavior of a device under test (DUT), in particular during electromagnetic susceptibility (EMS) measurements. The apparatus comprises a monitoring unit adapted to generate a first set of observation data of the operation behavior of a DUT while the DUT is not subjected to disturbances and adapted to generate a second set of observation data of the operation behavior of a DUT while the DUT is subjected to disturbances and comprising an AI module trained with the first set of observation data generated by the monitoring unit and adapted to process the second set of observation data to detect anomalies in the operation behavior of the DUT while being subjected to the disturbances and comprising a reporting unit adapted to reporting anomalies in the operation behavior of the DUT detected by the trained AI module.

  • Patent number: 10556361
Abstract: A system for feeding a coating material from at least one movable modular unit to a coating device is provided, the at least one movable modular unit being provided for the storage and provision of roll-type or coil-type coating material units including edge strips for applying to a narrow side of panel-type workpieces. A feed section holds and transports the coating material. A cassette unit guides the coating material provided by the feed section. A coupling section couples the at least one movable modular unit to the feed section, the at least one movable modular unit holding coating material units.

  • Publication number: 20180200915
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for feeding a coating material from a modular unit to a coating device, said modular unit (40-42) being provided for the storage and provision of preferably roll-type or coil-type coating material units, in particular edge strips (K) for applying to a narrow side of panel-type workpieces (W) and said feed system having: a feed section (20) for holding and transporting the coating material; a cassette unit (25) for guiding the coating material provided by the feed section (20); at least one mobile modular unit (40-42); and a coupling section (30) for coupling the mobile modular unit (40-42) to the feed section (20), the modular unit (40-42) holding coating material units.

  • Patent number: 8757061
Abstract: A method for applying powder to a printed sheet includes ejecting air flows from a nozzle bar. The air flows are set in such a way that the air flows which are ejected per meter length of the nozzle bar produce a resultant force acting on the printed sheet of from 0.5 newtons to 16 newtons. A printing press for carrying out the method is also provided.

  • Patent number: 8444064
Abstract: A rotary sprayer (10) for fluids (14), has a rotating disc (22), a drive (58) for the disc (22), and a supply device (28) for the application of fluid (14) onto the disc (22). The disc (22) has a distribution plane (30) for the fluid (14), and at least one opening (34) is provided in the distribution plane (30), via which a secondary flow (50) of the fluid (14) is separated from the main flow (48) to another plane (46). The disc (22) has a first spray edge (44) for spraying the working flow (52) of the fluid (14) and a second spray edge (54) for spraying the secondary flow (50) of the fluid (14). Since the main flow is divided into a secondary flow and a working flow, the effective amount of fluid that is used to moisten the workpiece can be reduced without having to therefore reduce the amount of fluid that is supplied e.g. via the pipe conduit. The formation of drops is thereby reliably prevented and a pipe conduit is used that has a cross-section of adequate size to prevent clogging.

  • Patent number: 8204497
Abstract: A reproducible method for testing mobile radio devices in different tolerant test modes by generating an instruction sequence that can be programmed or that can be obtained from measurement data, for controlling a protocol test that simulates a mobile radio network and that sends signals to the mobile radio device and tolerates allowable deviations of the received response signals of the mobile radio device according to mobile telephony standards in the tolerant mode while keeping a protocol of the unacceptable deviations as errors, and that terminates the test upon ever deviation in the strict mode and outputs the protocol on an output device once the test is finished.
