  • Patent number: 12017621
Abstract: Disclosed is a cleaning device for a washing apparatus arranged in a vehicle, comprising a housing with a chamber which is formed in the housing, is configured to be filled with cleaning fluid and is hydraulically connectable to at least one spray nozzle for the cleaning fluid, and with at least one heatable heating wire protruding at least in sections into the chamber. To obtain high functional reliability even at low temperatures and to permit particularly rapid and reliable deicing, a heat-conducting element is arranged in the chamber to enlarge a heat-transferring convection surface, said heat-conducting element absorbing the heat from the heating wire, and being at least partially, and preferably completely, surrounded by the cleaning fluid.

  • Patent number: 11938906
Abstract: A cleaning apparatus, optimized for cleaning optical and optoelectronic sensor devices in motor vehicles, comprising a housing, and a reciprocating piston movable in a pressure-controlled manner in the housing and movable from a retracted position into a deployed position along an actuation axis is disclosed. The reciprocating piston has an inner channel to transport a cleaning fluid through the reciprocating piston to a spray nozzle. A miniaturized, easily and inexpensively producible cleaning apparatus which makes possible exact and precise orientation of the cleaning jet, quick operational readiness, reduced tendency for follow-up flow of the cleaning fluid, and improved adaptability to different installation positions, is also disclosed. In an embodiment at least the cleaning apparatus has at least one guide to prevent rotation of the reciprocating piston about the actuation axis during its entire stroke, the at least one guide means arranged at least regionally in the inner channel.

  • Patent number: 6727555
Abstract: A device for protecting electronic components against overvoltages of a supply voltage is provided, which device includes at least one semiconductor transistor which is switchable by a trigger circuit when a predetermined overvoltage value is reached, thereby converting electrical energy to thermal energy.

  • Patent number: 6697257
Abstract: Disclosed in a power semiconductor module which includes a stack of carrier substrates, disposed one above the other in multiple layers and provided with at least one conductor track on at least one main surface, in which at least one electronic semiconductor component is disposed between two adjacent carrier substrates of the stack and is contacted electrically and heat-conductively to at least one conductor track of a carrier substrate disposed in the stack above the semiconductor component and to at least one further conductor track of a carrier substrate disposed in the stack below the semiconductor component. To both improve heat output and provide a compact design, the two outer carrier substrates of the stack are embodied as one upper and one lower housing wall of a closed housing part surrounding the at least one semiconductor component, and the interstices between the stacked carrier substrates are tightly closed by an encompassing wall secured to the carrier substrates.

  • Patent number: 6538910
Abstract: A three-phase bridge rectifier system is proposed, having three rectifier paths, in which two rectifier elements at a time are in series, each rectifier path between the rectifier elements being connectible to one of three leads of a three-phase current terminal; the three cathode terminals of the rectifier elements lying opposite the three-phase current connection are connected to an positive pole, and the three anode terminals of the rectifier elements lying opposite the three-phase current connection are connected to a negative pole; at least three of the rectifier elements being formed by two-pole semiconductor rectifiers having at least two series-connected p-n junctions. The system is used for making available a volt motor vehicle electrical system having assured reliable voltage limitation.
