    Abstract: There is provided a process for the manufacture of molded bodies of polyurethane integral foam, such as body parts for the automotive industry, in which the first step of the process, the polyol component is prepared and in the second step of the process the polyol component is reacted with the isocyanate component according to the reaction injection molding method. In the mold and/or after removal from the mold, the molded bodies are subjected to thermal aftertreatment within the framework of a third process step for thirty minutes to three hours at 120.degree. to 180.degree. C. Also, the polyol component may contain nucleating agents, so that the nucleated molded bodies may or may not need be thermally aftertreated.
