  • Patent number: 5492154
Abstract: The method and apparatus are used to produce a wave winding. To simplify and accelerate the production of wave windings, after winding at least one turn, a stripping stroke pushes the wire between and axially along the first and second shaping elements, which causes radial deformation of the wire to take place in each continual stripping substroke.

  • Patent number: 4733832
Abstract: A device for winding a cable comprises a housing (51) with a feed and discharge guide (58) for the cable (16) and a cable drum (46) which is mounted rotatably in the housing and to which one end of the cable is fastened. In order to precisely guide the cable onto the cable drum during winding, the cable drum is provided with at least two winding chambers (52,54) separated by a middle partition (50). When the first winding chamber is filled at least one cable deflecting device or bar (64) mounted radially outside the middle partition deflects the cable over the middle partition into the second winding chamber. The deflecting device can be defined by a guide wall (60) of the feed and discharge guide (58).

  • Patent number: 4622876
Abstract: The cutting device for crested cutting of fruits and the like has a plurality of V-shaped knives (14) arranged in star arrangement around a fruit holder (18). These rest movably on roof-shaped guide surfaces (20), are reinforced by guide members (20) and through them are connected with catches (24). Countersurfaces (at 26, 30, 32) to guide surfaces (20) are found on one or both outside housing parts (10, 12) and hold knives (14) in position on guide surfaces (20). Catches (24) engage in spiral grooves in rotatable top housing part (12).

  • Patent number: 4588874
Abstract: The electrical device for evaporating of active substances, preferably insecticides, contained in carrier tablets, has a housing (10) provided with a magazine (22,24,32) for receiving a variety of carrier tablets (18). A transporting member movably disposed on the housing such as a rotatably cage (32), through movement thereof will transport the stored carrier tablets from the storage position in the magazine into the space between the heating panel (16) and the protective grating (26). In the new device, the carrier tablets need be touched only at major intervals by the operator's fingers.
