  • Patent number: 9624028
Abstract: A dispensing device as well as a dispensing head and use thereof are proposed. Through depression of the dispensing head, an associated dispensing valve is opened and the product to be delivered can escape or be dispensed through an outlet space and via a downstream outlet valve. In order to prevent or at least minimize subsequent dripping or foaming, the volume of the outlet space is initially reduced upon actuation of the dispensing head and enlarged again upon completion of actuation, particularly after closing of the dispensing valve, whereby the product is suctioned away from the outlet or outlet valve back into the outlet space.

  • Patent number: 9205437
Abstract: A dispensing device for a preferably cosmetic liquid as well as a method for the manufacture thereof are proposed. A lasting and tight joining of two materials is achieved while allowing for simple manufacture by pretreating the surface of the first material by means of plasma treatment or irradiation in a desired joining area in order to form radicals there or to break up the polymer chains of the first material, and by then injecting the second material directly against the first material. Another aspect consists in covering the first material with a second material for joining with another material or component.

  • Patent number: 8863994
Abstract: The invention relates to a dispensing device, particularly a dispensing head proposed for preferably cosmetic liquid. A simple, tightly closing structure of an outlet valve is achieved in that a valve element is injected onto a wall and/or lies thereon with its entire surface or flat surface when the valve is closed and/or the valve element covers an outlet opening on the flat side. Alternatively or in addition, the valve element is pretensioned into a closed position when the valve is closed.

  • Patent number: 8678245
Abstract: What is being proposed is a dispensing device for a preferably cosmetic liquid and a manufacturing method. A first material is pretreated in areas through the application of a coating or embossing foil such that a second material which is injection-molded directly against it does not bond with the first material in the pretreated area but rather can be detached again.

  • Patent number: 8261952
Abstract: Disclosed is a device (1) for dispensing a liquid (2) without spraying as well as a use of such a dispensing device (1). In order to prevent liquid from escaping after a dispensing process, an outlet that opens towards the environment can be closed by means of a discharge valve (7). Said discharge valve (7) is provided with a valve body (9) which can be moved in accordance with the prevailing liquid pressure such that the discharge valve (7) opens when a minimum pressure is exceeded.

  • Patent number: 7762436
Abstract: A metering valve (2) and a device (1) provided with it for metered dispensing of a preferably cosmetic liquid (3) and a process for producing such a metering valve and a use of such a metering valve. The metering valve preferably has a sealing element (14) which is injection molded onto the valve element (6) or a valve housing (7) or attached in some other way so that simple and economical production by injection molding is enabled. Optimum sealing is achieved in that the sealing element, at least in sections, is made at least annular or sleeve-shaped, seals radially with the inlet valve closed, and is supported either radially inside or outside.

  • Publication number: 20100032451
Abstract: A delivery device is proposed with an elastically deformable component preferably bounding a pump chamber. In order to achieve improved resetting and/or protection of the component, which is preferably composed of a thermoplastic material, a wall of the component is connected to and/or is covered by an element made of a different material.

  • Patent number: 7651014
Abstract: A metering valve (2) and a device (1) provided with it for metered dispensing of a preferably cosmetic liquid (3) and a process for producing such a metering valve (2) and a use of such a metering valve (2) are suggested. The metering valve has a valve element (6) with a spring section (21) which is elastic in the direction of motion and which bears a sealing element (14). This allows especially sealed contact with the assigned valve seat when the inlet valve (9) is closed.
