  • Patent number: 8333870
Abstract: The invention relates to a security paper for producing value documents, such as bank notes or the like, which includes a creasable, multilayer substrate having at least one paper layer and at least one film, and to a method for producing such a security paper.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 18, 2003
Date of Patent: December 18, 2012
    Assignee: Giesecke & Devrient GmbH
Inventors: Theo Burchard, Mario Keller, Reinhard Tauber, Rudolf Seidler
  • Publication number: 20070194934
Abstract: The invention relates to a data carrier, such as a bank note, paper of value, identity card or the like, having a foil security element (12) disposed on the surface thereof. The foil element contains according to the invention a break-through area (16) with at least one gap breaking through the element, or a window area, through which a subjacent security feature (18) of the data carrier is recognizable.

  • Patent number: 5976320
Abstract: A method for producing paper pulp containing fibers of annual plants or of secondary raw materials produced therefrom, whereby fiber materials are shortened to a length which permits production of a homogeneous, pumpable suspension of the shortened fiber materials. The fiber materials are subsequently bleached and processed into a homogeneous paper pulp.

    Inventors: Gerrit Lund, Reinhard Tauber
  • Patent number: 4240035
Abstract: A demodulator is disclosed in which the input for a digital signal to be demodulated is connected to at least two consecutive, pulse-controlled, bistable flip-flops. An auxiliary signal, produced with the aid of an oscillator and corresponding with the carrier frequency on which the signal to be demodulated is based, is connected to a receiver side via a first input of a NAND-gate and is connected to a pulse input of a first flip-flop cell via this NAND-gate. An output of the first flip-flop cell corresponding with this pulse input is not only connected to the one input of a second NAND-gate but also to the pulse input of a second flip-flop cell and whose Q-output is connected to the second input of the second NAND-gate. The Q-output of the second flip-flop cell is used as a signal output of the demodulator. Finally, the signal to be demodulated is simultaneously connected to the reset inputs of the two flip-flop cells.
