Abstract: Amino- and/or alkoxytriazines containing at least one C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 -alkyl group which possesses a vinylsulfonyl group or a radical capable of forming a vinylsulfonyl group and may be substituted further, are used as fixation aids when using anionic dyes on hydroxyl- or nitrogen-containing organic substrates and as crosslinkers for regenerated cellulose or materials containing cellulose.

Abstract: Reactive dye mixtures comprising the dyes of the formulae ##STR1## where Kat.sup..sym. is a cation, L is C.sub.2 -C.sub.4 -alkylene, and X.sup.1, X.sup.2, Y.sup.1 and Y.sup.2 are each vinyl or a radical of the formula C.sub.2 H.sub.4 -Q, where Q is a group detachable under alkaline reaction conditions, in a weight ratio of from 20:80 to 90:10, are useful for dyeing or printing hydroxyl-containing or nitrogenous organic substrates.

Abstract: Dye mixtures comprising the dye of the formula I ##STR1## where R.sup.1 is in each instance the radical of the formula ##STR2## and a dye of the formula ##STR3## where one of the two radicals R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 is methoxy and the other is hydroxysulfonyl, andR.sup.4 is hydrogen or hydroxysulfonyl, are useful for dyeing or printing hydroxyl- or nitrogen-containing organic substrates.

Abstract: Reactive azo dyes useful for dyeing and printing hydroxyl- or nitrogen-containing substrates have the formula ##STR1##wherem is 0, 1 or 2,n is 1 or 2,R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl,T is carboxyl or hydroxysulfonyl,Hal is fluorine or chlorine,Y is fluorine, chlorine or the radical NR.sup.1 R.sup.2, OR.sup.1 or SR.sup.1, where R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each as defined above, andthe ring A may be benzofused and/or substituted, with the proviso thata) the sum total of acidic groups is at least 8 and thatb) when the structural element of the formula ##STR2##is present and Y is fluorine or chlorine and T is hydroxysulfonyl, the sum total of hydroxysulfonyl radicals is at least 10.

Abstract: Azo reactive dyes useful for dyeing or printing hydroxyl- or nitrogen-containing substrates have the formula ##STR1## where m is 0, 1 or 2,n is 0 or 1,p is 0 or 1,R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each independently of the other hydrogen or substituted or unsubstituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl,R.sup.3 is hydrogen, methyl or ethyl,T is carboxyl or hydroxysulfonyl,Hal is fluorine or chlorine, andthe ring A may be benzofused or substituted.

Abstract: Polyamide substrates are dyed from aqueous baths with suitable dyes and with copper complexes of organic N-nitrosohydroxylamines as light stabilizers for the dyed polyamide.

Abstract: Navy and black dye mixtures contain one or more thiopheneazo dyes whose diazo component comes from the 2-aminothiophene series and whose coupling component comes from the aniline series and one or more dyes F whose absorption maximum is at a wavelength of from 390 to 520 nm, the proportion of the thiopheneazo dyes being from 60 to 99% by weight, based on the total weight of the thiopheneazo dyes and the dyes F in the mixture.

Abstract: Improved light fastness of dyeings on textile polyester material with disperse dyes is obtainable by dyeing in the presence of certain benzophenone ether esters, some of which are novel.

Abstract: Dyes of the formula ##STR1## where A and B are H and/or ##STR2## Y is unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, ##STR3## or unsubstituted or substituted benzothiazolyl or benzoxazolyl and R is unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, or alkoxy, alkoxyalkoxy, phenalkyl or alkoxycarboalkyl, are suitable for dyeing and printing cellulose swollen with water-miscible swelling agents and cellulose-containing fiber material.

Abstract: Navy dye mixtures essentially contain dyes of the formula I ##STR1## where X is hydrogen, chlorine or bromine, the radicals R.sup.1 independently of one another are each methyl or ethyl and R is a radical of the formula ##STR2## where A is ##STR3## B is unsubstituted or substituted C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, phenyl-C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, phenoxy-C.sub.2 - or -C.sub.3 -alkyl or cyclohexyl and R.sup.2 is C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, the mixtures containing from 20 to 80 parts of dyes in which R is NH-A-COOB and from 80 to 20 parts of dyes in which R is ##STR4## The novel mixtures are very useful for dyeing synthetic polyesters, and give dyeings which have, in particular, very good heatfastness.

Abstract: Dye mixtures which comprise two or more dyes of the formula ##STR1## ps where X is hydrogen, methyl or chlorine, and R is a radical of the formula OR.sup.1, OCOCH.sub.3, OCOC.sub.2 H.sub.5, R.sup.1 being hydrogen or C.sub.1 -C.sub.4 -alkyl, are very useful for dyeing cellulose esters.

Abstract: Dyes of the formula ##STR1## where Hal is chlorine or bromine, X is hydrogen, hydroxyphenyl or alkoxyphenyl, n is 1 or 2, or, when X is hydroxyphenyl or alkoxyphenyl, may furthermore be O, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 independently of one another are each unsubstituted or alkoxy-substituted alkyl, and R.sup.1 and R.sup.3 may furthermore be hydrogen, are of high color strength, and very useful for dyeing and printing cellulose-containing fiber material or cellulose swollen by means of water-miscible swelling agents.

Abstract: Navy mixtures which contain dyes of the formula I ##STR1## where X is chlorine or bromine,Y is hydrogen, methoxy or ethoxy andR is N(C.sub.2 H.sub.5).sub.2, N(CH.sub.2 CH.dbd.CH.sub.2).sub.2 or N(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 OCOCH.sub.3).sub.2,the mixtures being composed of 10-70% of dyes with Y.dbd.H and R=N(C.sub.2 H.sub.5).sub.2, 5-40% of dyes with Y=OCH.sub.3 or OC.sub.2 H.sub.5 and R.dbd.N(CH.sub.2 --CH.dbd.CH.sub.2).sub.2 and 5-80% of dyes with Y=OCH.sub.3 or OC.sub.2 H.sub.5 and R=N(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 OCOCH.sub.3).sub.2.The novel mixtures have excellent tinctorial properties and give very fast dyeings on synthetic polyesters.

Abstract: Navy dye mixtures which contain, as essential components, compounds of the general formula I ##STR1## in the following amounts, based on the total weight of the mixture:______________________________________ X = Br R.sup.1 = C.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN R.sup.2 = CH.sub.2 CHCH.sub.2 39-49%, X = Br R.sup.1 = C.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN R.sup.2 = H 1-10%, X = Br R.sup.1 = H R.sup.2 = CH.sub.2 CHCH.sub.2 4-16%, X = Cl R.sup.1 = C.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN R.sup.2 = H 15-25%, X = Cl R.sup.1 = C.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN R.sup.2 = CH.sub.2 CHCH.sub.2 4-9%, and X = Cl ##STR2## R.sup.2 = H 4-10%. ______________________________________The novel mixtures are very useful for dyeing synthetic polyesters.

Abstract: Navy dye mixtures which contain, as essential components, compounds of the general formula I ##STR1## where X is chlorine or bromine, Y is methoxy or ethoxy, and R is ##STR2## NHC.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN, NHCH.sub.2 CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 or N(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 OCOCH.sub.3).sub.2, and wherein the dye of the above formula where X is Br, Y is OCH.sub.3 or OC.sub.2 H.sub.5 and R is N(C.sub.2 H.sub.4 OCOCH.sub.3).sub.2 is present in an amount of 25-45%, based on the total weight of the mixture, are very useful for dyeing synthetic polyesters.
