Abstract: The invention relates to a device to open and close a side dispensing orifice (1) by sliding comprising a lateral skirt (8) and a transversal wall (9) having an evacuation passage (10) of the content, a dispensing element (4) comprising a lateral wall (11) coming in contact against the lateral skirt (8) of the cap (3), a top face (12), and an elbowed passage (13) for the content, in connection with the extremity in the axial direction with the evacuation passage (10) and emerging at a radial extremity on the lateral wall (11) by a lateral dispensing orifice (1). The dispensing element (4) is slidingly mounted in an axial direction (D) on the cap (3) between two extreme positions, of closing and of opening, respectively.

Abstract: A closure device for the neck (1) of a container (2), using a plug (3) having some degree of elasticity, of the type in which closure is obtained by axial snap-engagement, opening being obtained by rotation or unscrewing, the neck (1) and the plug (3) having, on the one hand, a first continuous projection (4) and at least a second localized projection (5), which are adapted to co-operate with one another by axial snap-engagement in order to close the closure device and, on the other hand, a ramp (6) having at least one V-shaped or pseudo-V-shaped profile and at least a third localized projection (7) adapted to co-operate with one another by relative sliding in order to open the closure device by rotation or unscrewing, the first and third projections (4, 7) on the one hand being disposed on the neck (1) and the second projection (5) and the ramp (7) on the other hand being disposed on the plug (3).

Abstract: The invention relates to a stopper device for a container, in particular a container with a neck, consisting of a single-piece stopper with means for detachably joining the device to the container and to its neck, of single-piece sealing means with a seal or the like, and of means for joining the single-piece sealing means to the single-piece stopper, wherein the means (7) for joining the sealing means (5) to the stopper (2) are means which ensure a rigid and automatic connection, the sealing means (5) being rigidly joined to the stopper (2) by simple mounting of these sealing means (5) inside the stopper (2).

Abstract: A plugging device for bottles such as a scent bottle, includes a plug and a plunger. The plug has a bottom portion and a rib on the bottom portion with an edge. The plunger includes a body, a base wider than the body, and a shoulder connecting the base to the body. The plunger is adapted to mate with an opening in the neck of the bottle and is also adapted to be rigidly connected to the plug bottom. The plunger is made of a material different from that of the plug bottom. The base of the plunger is adapted to cooperate with the rib of the plug so as to rigidly connect the plunger to the plug. This is accomplished by applying heat to the rib and then folding the edge of the rib back against the shoulder so that this folded edge acts as an abutment for firmly holding the plunger in the plug. The rib may be composed of a thermo-meltable material.

Abstract: A stopping device intended particularly for fitting a bottle having a body without symmetry of revolution with a stopping element also without symmetry of revolution, in such a way that the latter, in the stopping up position, has a predetermined orientation relative to the bottle.It comprises stopping means providing omnidirectional obturation in form of an elastic cylindrical skirt insertable frictionally into the throat of the bottle, means for axial and angular positioning of the stopping element, in form of projections or lugs on the stopping element, insertable through elastic deformation into lodgings formed on the bottle in a predetermined angular position, the configurational cooperation of the projections and lodgings ensuring univocal angular orientation of the stopping element and its holding in the axial position on the bottle.
