  • Publication number: 20140003878
Abstract: A system for supporting webbing is provided. The system includes an elongate track configured to be fixedly mounted upon a wall of a cargo compartment, the track comprising a back surface, a left lip, a right lip, a right recess disposed between the back surface and the right lip, a left recess disposed between the back surface and a left lip, and a central opening disposed between the left and right lips, wherein the track is defined from a continuous material. A strap end fitting is configured to be removably disposed upon the track, the strap end fitting comprising a base, a left finger and a right finger extending from opposite sides of the base, a keeper arm pivotably attached to the base, and a retention structure extending from the base.

  • Patent number: 5407703
Abstract: In the manufacture of a ceramic membrane for micro-filtration having a porous ceramic carrier and a ceramic micro-filtration coating on a bulk surface of said carrier, the steps are performed of(i) silanizing said carrier at least at said bulk surface thereof,(ii) after step (i), applying a coating film containing metal oxide to said bulk surface of said carrier by contacting a stable suspension of non-agglomerated metal oxide particles with said bulk surface and moving said suspension along said bulk surface, so that said coating film remains adhering to said bulk surface, and(iii) drying and heating said carrier and said coating film thereon, so as to sinter at least said coating film and thereby form said micro-filtration coating on said carrier. In order to improve the uniformity and evenness of the coating film of the suspension, the stable suspension contains an organic additive which increases the yield stress of the stable suspension to a value greater than zero.

  • Patent number: 5273942
Abstract: A method of coating ceramic powders, e.g. Si.sub.3 N.sub.4, with a sintering aid and of utilizing such coated powders to form green and sintered ceramic bodies is described. The method comprises treating a dispersion of the powder with a solution of a sintering aid forming compound at a pH such that the zeta potential of the ceramic powder is of opposite charge with respect to the sintering aid in solution such that the sintering aid forming material is chemisorbed as a uniform monomolecular layer on the surface of the ceramic powder.
