  • Patent number: 11713138
Abstract: Tooling for placing a propulsive assembly from a horizontal position to a vertical position includes a front tool and a rear tool. The front tool has a first assembly with a frame configured to be positioned and maintained with respect to a front casing. The frame has a first connection interface configured to be connected to a first lifting system such that the frame is movable about an axis of rotation (R). The front tool also has a second assembly with a shaft configured to be positioned and maintained with respect to a rotor and a member for connection between the first assembly and the second assembly. The tooling further includes a rear tool configured to be positioned and maintained with respect to the rear casing. The rear tool has a second connection interface configured to be connected to a second lifting system.

  • Patent number: 11371391
Abstract: The invention concerns a device for assembling a turbine engine, intended to centre a shaft of a second module relative to a longitudinal axis (X) of a trunnion for a first module, the shaft having to be inserted along said longitudinal axis (X) via one end of the trunnion, wherein it includes a holding ring configured to be fixed around trunnion by tightening in such a way as to have a central axis of holding ring coincide with the longitudinal axis of the trunnion, and a means of measurement, supported by holding ring and configured to measure the position of an outer surface of the shaft along a radial direction relative to the central axis of the ring on a transverse plane (P) offset from holding ring, in such a way as to be located in front of the end of the trunnion when the device is installed on the trunnion. The invention also concerns the assembly formed by the device and a calibration model, along with an assembly procedure that uses same.

  • Patent number: 11326477
Abstract: Method for assembling a turbomachine (1) by means of a device (10), the turbomachine comprising at least two modules (3) which are assembled by the insertion of a shaft of one of the modules into a housing of the other of the modules, the device comprising: means (11) for supporting a first of the modules, means (20, 21) for suspending a second of the modules and for moving this second module along an axis of movement (Z), a laser beam emitter (30) intended to be fixed to the said first module and configured to emit a laser beam (31) that coincides with a longitudinal axis (X) of this first module, and a target (40) intended to be fixed to the said suspension and movement means so that it can be moved along the said axis of movement, and so that in at least two axial positions on this axis which are distant from one another, a spot from the said laser beam is located at the centre of the said target, the method being characterized in that it comprises the steps of: a) positioning the said first module (3) on
