Patent number: 10060104Abstract: A faucet that permits an installer to select any of a plurality of desired spout rotational ranges of the spout with respect to the faucet base. The faucet can include adjustable components that allow the installer to select a degree of rotation of the spout with respect to the base. The degree of rotation can be any suitable range between 0° and 360°, inclusive, in either the clockwise or counterclockwise direction. When the degree of rotation is 360°, the spout may rotate through multiple rotations of 360°. In some embodiments, the installer can choose between a preselected number of rotational ranges. In other embodiments, the selectable range of rotation is variable and the installer can select between a desired suitable range.Type: GrantFiled: May 2, 2016Date of Patent: August 28, 2018Assignee: Elkay Manufacturing CompanyInventors: Jonathan Chee Yeen Chong, René G. Publication number: 20150139405Abstract: A positioning device for holding a dental x-ray imaging media during the taking of a dental x-ray includes an aiming ring, a bite block and a positioning arm extending therebetween. The bite block carries a journal or barrel for receiving a portion of the positioning arm therein such that the portion of the positioning arm thus received can rotate or move therein, such that the position between the bite block and the aiming ring can be selected in one of a plurality of positions corresponding to a position for taking one of a plurality of dental x-ray images. In another embodiment, the bite block carries a window through which a color-coded or other indicia portion of the positioning arm is positioned such that the user can view the indicia to determine the x-ray image for which the device is set.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 18, 2013Publication date: May 21, 2015Applicant: DENTSPLY International Inc.Inventor: Rene G. Patent number: 5052422Abstract: A mobile apparatus for supply and collection of cleaning fluids used in field cleaning of pipe threads preparatory to oil field drilling operations is described. The apparatus includes a moveable cart structure defined by a chassis with wheels. An upper frame member is connected to the chassis by a plurality of scissor jack assemblies which may be independently extended or contracted to raise and lower the upper frame with respect to the chassis. A basin for receiving pipe thread cleaning solution is affixed to the movable upper frame member and depends therefrom. A flow control cover including a pair of pivotable panels interleaved at their inner ends over the central portion of the basin is provided to substantially cover the basin. The panels are movable to an inwardly sloping position to collect and funnel cleaning fluid back into the basin for periods of active use.Type: GrantFiled: April 16, 1990Date of Patent: October 1, 1991Assignee: Safety Kleen CorporationInventors: Oskar Franz, John P.
