The solenoid valve comprises: a first closure part which is coupled to the armature and opens or closes the first connection as a result of a movement of the armature; a second closure part which is coupled to the armature and opens or closes the second connection as a result of the movement of the armature; and a damping spring which is arranged between the first closure part and the second closure part and is configured to dampen the closing process of the first connection and/or the second connection.
