  • Publication number: 20250305613
Abstract: The powder injector according to the invention with quick coupling comprises an injector housing (5), which has a powder inlet (12) and supply air inlets (5.15, 5.16, 5.17) and in which a drive nozzle (7) and a collection nozzle (8) are arranged. The powder injector additionally comprises a line connection block (6), which has connections (15, 16, 17) for supply air lines and the supply air outlets (6.15, 6.16, 6.17). The powder injector furthermore comprises a quick closure (9), by means of which the line connection block (6) can be fastened to the injector housing (5) and the supply air outlets (6.15, 6.16, 6.17) of the line connection block (6) can be connected to the supply air inlets (5.15, 5.16, 5.17) of the injector housing (5).

  • Publication number: 20240351057
Abstract: A measuring apparatus for measuring a coating powder mass flow rate generable by compressed gas in a powder line includes a control and evaluation unit, which is configured and operable such that it can switch between an offset mode and an operating mode. In the offset mode, the control and evaluation unit ensures that a setting device applies compressed gas to the powder line and prevents the coating powder flow in the powder line, and that a pressure sensor then detects the pressure in the powder line. The control and evaluation unit interprets the detected pressure as an offset pressure value. In the operating mode, the control and evaluation unit ensures that the setting device enables the coating powder flow in the powder line, and then determines the coating powder mass flow rate flowing through the powder line on the basis of the pressure detected by the pressure sensor in the powder line, the offset pressure value and a correction value.

  • Publication number: 20110290347
Abstract: A pressure regulator for a fuel supply unit on a motor vehicle. A membrane is connected to an annular element of a housing and a moving piston by a laser welding technique. A reliable sealing of the membrane is thus guaranteed even at temperatures below 0° C. The region above the piston is thus reliably separated from the region below the piston.

  • Publication number: 20080053534
Abstract: The invention relates to a pressure regulator for a fuel supply unit on a motor vehicle, whereby a membrane (11) is connected to an annular element (3) of the housing (1) and a moving piston (2) by a laser welding technique. A reliable sealing of the membrane (11) is thus guaranteed even at temperatures below 0° C. The region above the piston (2) is thus reliably separated from the region below the piston (2).
