    Abstract: A memory device is disclosed, including a memory array and a selection circuit. At least one first faulty cell and at least one second faulty cell that are in the memory array store data corresponding to, respectively, first and second fields of a floating-point number. The selection circuit identifies the at least one first faulty cell and the at least one second faulty cell based on a priority of a cell replacement operation which indicates that a priority of the at least one first faulty cell is higher than that of the at least one second faulty cell. The selection circuit further outputs a fault address of the at least one first faulty cell to a redundancy analyzer circuit for replacing the at least one first faulty cell.

    Abstract: A package method of modular stacked semiconductor package is disclosed. A carrier and a plurality of the chip modules are provided. A plurality of redistribution layers are respectively formed in device areas of the carrier. The chip modules are stacked on the corresponding device areas of the carrier and are electrically connected to each other. A molding compound is formed on the redistribution layers on the carrier to encapsulate the chip modules. The carrier is removed to expose the redistribution layers. A plurality of solder balls are formed on the exposed redistribution layers. The molding compound is cut along adjacent edges of the device areas to form a plurality of modular stacked semiconductor packages. Since the chip modules are previously fabricated, connecting quality among the stacked chip modules is enhanced and is not affected by positioning error.

The enhancing agent disclosed in the present disclosure has a domain capable of binding to fluorescent dye and a quenching group for quenching fluorescence emitted by the fluorescent dye bound to the domain binds. As the binding affinity between the above domain and the fluorescent dye is lower than the binding affinity between a target amplification product of nucleic acid amplification reaction and the fluorescent dye, the enhancing agent not only can reduce inhibition of high-concentration fluorescent dye to amplification reaction, but also can enhance signal intensity of the fluorescent dye in the nucleic acid amplification reaction based on microfluidic chip, improving reliability of application of the fluorescent dye as amplification indicator on the microfluidic chip.

In one embodiment, each switch controller is connected in parallel with a corresponding segment. The switching voltage comparator unit generates a propagation signal that propagates through and controls the plurality of switch controllers. In the other embodiment, each switch controller is connected between a positive end of the corresponding segment and a current control device. The switching voltage comparator unit generates two propagation signals that propagate through and control the plurality of switch controllers.

The total number of LED-based lighting units can be determined by a maximum voltage level of an input voltage supply and the forward voltage of the LED-based lighting unit for achieving optimal efficiency. The number of lighting segments and the number of lighting units in each lighting segment are properly chosen based on the total number of the LED-based lighting units in such away that any number up to the total number of all the LED-based lighting units can be connected in series by respectively controlling the series-connection switch and the bypass-connection switch of each LED-based lighting segment.

The present invention is suitable for the picture treatment of various liquid crystal displays, organic light emitting diode (OLED) display or plasma display panel (PDP).
