  • Patent number: 11696971
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a method for destroying pathogens in irradiating a region at a radiation having a wavelength between 200-300 nm via one or more lamps operatively connected to a respective cavity in responsive to processing a sequence associated with an inputted address. Embodiments also include controlling an operating status of the one or more lamps via a control center by sending a first command and sending a second command. Embodiments also include determining: a time frame of when the one or more lamps irradiate the region; and determining if there may be a motion.

  • Patent number: 10755562
Abstract: A system for increasing awareness of a traffic sign is provided. The traffic sign has a visual sign having an image representing a traffic instruction. The system includes a signal transmitter and at least one receiving device. The signal transmitter is associated with the visual sign and is configured for transmitting an encoded electromagnetic wave with encoding indicative of the traffic instruction. The receiving device is associated with a user or a vehicle of the user and is configured to detect the electromagnetic wave when the signal receiver is in line of sight of and within a predetermined distance from the visual sign, decode the detected electromagnetic wave to extract information indicative of the traffic instruction, and emit an output indicative of the traffic instruction.

  • Patent number: 10544906
Abstract: An elongated LED lighting apparatus comprises a central rod, a plurality of installation wheels, a plurality of LEDs, and a plurality of circuit boards. The installation wheels are configured for being traversed by the central rod and each comprises: a loop configured to be traversed by the central rod; a plurality of circuit board holders extending radially outward from an outer surface of the loop; a plurality of spikes extending radially outward from the loop. The elongated circuit boards are configured to be electrically connected to a power source, each circuit board being configured for transferring power to respective ones of the LEDs and for holding the respective LEDs along a longitudinal length of the circuit board, each circuit board being configured for engaging with and being held by a plurality of circuit board holders aligned with each other, such that the respective LEDs face radially outward.

  • Publication number: 20100002857
Abstract: The present invention contemplates improved addressing of, and retrieval of data from, unique addressable data loggers connected by and upon networks, including the Public Service Telephone Network (PSTN). Collection of data from the data loggers distributed upon the network to a data-collecting central, base, station is by (1) network broadcast of a primary address recognized by many, or even all, data loggers. Data loggers so primarily addressed thereafter later individually uniquely respond to (2) broadcast secondary addresses and/or directives, which may be encrypted, so as to (3) deliver up logged data to the base station.

  • Publication number: 20080315776
Abstract: A traffic control signal light presents (1) a first, constant, light emission preferably from arrayed first LED light sources, in accompaniment with (2) a second light emission that is in any of time, hue, pitch (frequency), chroma and, most preferably, space, preferably from arrayed second LED light sources interspersed with the first LED light sources. The variable second light emission is preferably 8-10 Hz, and may cause Brücke-Bartley phenomenon, making that the composite light stimulates the combined human visual and nervous systems, and is all but impossible to miss or to ignore.

  • Publication number: 20080300991
Abstract: A referral site operated by a registered real estate broker upon an international communications network system enrolls, most preferably, both seller's and buyer's real estate agents who will provide a referral fee on real estate commissions earned by them from referred sellers, or buyers, or both who do pay said commissions. This referral site is searchable for agents or opportunity by both potential sellers and buyers of real estate. The site earns a referral fee each time an alerted enrolled real estate agent earns a commission, the referral fee preferably being paid directly from escrow. The referral site rebates a portion of this earned referral fee to the seller, or the buyer, of to both the seller and the buyer, as the case may be. The referral site may additionally donate some percentage of its earned referral fees to charity, preferably a charity linked to that community in which the property on which one or more commissions were paid was both sold and purchased.
