Abstract: The present Patent of Invention and its subdivisions refer to a state-of-the-art and innovative device that consists in a fastener of books, newspapers, magazines, paper pads, laptops, e-books and binders which structures possess a special design that provides the user an unlimited number of characteristics and functions highlighting among them the portability, maneuverability, functionality and easy reading of books, newspapers, magazines, paper pads, laptops and e-books. Since the structure is manufactured with light and aesthetic materials, it will be available in different thickness and many sizes as small, standard, medium, large and extra-large.
