  • Patent number: 11930626
Abstract: An inverter and a heat radiation structure thereof are provided. The heat radiation structure of the inverter includes a heat radiator for radiating heat from a heating element of the inverter, and a heat radiation fan for air-cooling the heat radiator. The heat radiator includes multiple heat radiation fins able to be air-cooled. The number of the heat radiator is at least two, and two adjacent heat radiators are a first heat radiator and a second heat radiator respectively. The heat radiation fan is provided between the first heat radiator and the second heat radiator, and the heat radiation fan is located on the tops of the heat radiation fins. In the heat radiation structure of the inverter, the heat radiation fan is capable of cooling the first heat radiator and the second heat radiator at the same time.

  • Patent number: 11581598
Abstract: An energy storage container ventilation system and an energy storage container are provided according to the present disclosure. The ventilation system includes an air conditioner, an air duct, and multiple columns of battery racks, and each battery rack includes multiple lines of battery boxes, and an air outlet of the air conditioner is communicated with the air duct, a communicating part of each battery box and the air duct is provided with a ventilation plate with the same structure or different structures. The energy storage container ventilation system of the present disclosure uses an air conditioner to dissipate heat. Ventilation plates are provided at communicating parts of the air duct and each battery box. The structure of each ventilation plate is the same or different, so as to control an air intake volume flowing into each battery box.

  • Publication number: 20230011104
Abstract: A heat dissipation structure for the reactor includes a housing, a reactor body, and one or more heat dissipation pipes. Each of the one or more heat dissipation pipes is disposed in a cavity of the housing and is connected to the housing in a leak-tight manner, a closed cavity is formed between the one or more heat dissipation pipes and the housing, and the reactor body is disposed in the closed cavity. The above heat dissipation structure for the reactor allows to improve the heat dissipation effect of the reactor under the premise that protection requirements are met. The current carrying density of the coil of the reactor body can be increased and the diameter of copper wires can be reduced under the same conditions, thereby reducing the usage of copper and effectively reducing the cost and weight.
