Abstract: A siphon to be used when removing water from a personal aquarium for cleaning purposes. The water passes through propellers or flaps of a present friction, which monitor the volume flowing out of the aquarium. The amount of water is displayed on an exterior gauge so the user may achieve accuracy. Appropriate filtering media is provided to insure that small particles such as rocks and gravel do not injure the internal parts of the device.
