A stabilizing arm coupled to the tubular housing adds balance to the device and provides an individual with a clear view of the toenail clipper. A magnifying glass coupled to the tubular housing facilitates viewing of the clipping operation, and a plunger rod is adapted to engage the actuating lever of the nail clipper to effect operation of the latter.
