Abstract: Methods and systems for client side search ranking improvements are disclosed. In one example, a search query is received from a user on a client device. The local search results are filtered based on the received search query and one or more local ranking rules. Features for each filtered local search result are computed. The computed features of each filtered local search result are input to one or more machine learning (ML) models. Each ML model can generate a score for each filtered local search result. The filtered local search results are ranked based on the generated score within a category. In one example, local search results and remote server search results are obtained. The local search results and remote server search results are ranked using at least one machine learning (ML) ranking model. The ranked local search results and remote server search results are displayed on the client device by category.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an attachment apparatus for conveniently, securely, and releasably attaching a handheld device such as a handheld computer to a keyboard or other accessories. In some embodiments, the attachment apparatus is configured to be flexible or adjustable to accommodate differently sized handheld devices. In addition, an automatic switch on feature is implemented in some embodiments which allows the handheld device to be automatically switched on or off by manipulating the position of the attachment apparatus. In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, an apparatus for attaching a handheld device to a second device comprises an attachment device having a connector configured to be electrically connected to the handheld device. An adjustable mechanism is configured to adjustably connect the handheld device to the second device to move the handheld device relative to the second device between a first position and a second position.

Abstract: A mounting structure for at least one display board is disclosed. The Display board includes a first mounting interface and a second mounting interface. The mounting structure includes a first pivotal interface including a barb adapted to engage the first mounting interface of the display board. The mounting structure also includes a second pivotal interface including a protruding member adapted to engage the second mounting interface of the display board. The display board may be removably pivotally mounted within the mounting structure at the first pivotal interface and the second pivotal interface. A mounting structure for display of at least one display board is also disclosed. The mounting structure includes a frame. The mounting structure also includes a platform for the display board coupled to the frame. The mounting structure also includes a compliant retaining system for the display board coupled to the frame.
