Abstract: The invention relates to a friction clutch for a drivetrain of a motor vehicle, having a contact plate that is movable relative to a pressure plate and a clutch disk to engage and disengage the clutch, and having an actuating element that influences the contact plate displacement position and is non-rotatably connected to the contact plate. The actuating element has at least one fluid diverting section which, in an operating state of the clutch, introduces a cooling fluid into the interior of the clutch to cool the contact plate, pressure plate, and/or clutch disk. The actuating element is preferably designed as a rigid component and for a system consisting of such a friction clutch and a transmission bell housing.
