  • Publication number: 20220374802
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for automated analysis of objects for a construction planning. The methods may comprise a computer-implemented method which utilizes one or more machine learning algorithms. The systems may comprise one or more computer processors, which are configured individually or collectively to implement a method of the present disclosure. The methods may comprise performing a mesh analysis on a three-dimensional model of an object to be constructed. Based on the mesh analysis, support data between structure elements of the object may be determined which may facilitate an application of a pre-defined build formula(s) or formula relationship(s) for the structure elements. A construction plan may be generated and/or scheduled based at least partially on the pre-defined build formula(s) or formula relationship(s).

  • Patent number: 10600010
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating scheduling options in consideration of space and resource constraints in accordance with embodiments of the invention are disclosed. One embodiment of the invention includes a scheduling application that configures the processor to generate a project schedule from a TODO list comprising a plurality of construction operations, where the construction operations comprise at least one specific space requirements within a construction site, resource requirements, and a duration time.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 15, 2013
Date of Patent: March 24, 2020
Assignee: The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior University
Inventors: Rene Morkos, Martin Fischer, John Clayton Kunz
  • Publication number: 20190205484
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for construction planning. The systems and methods may utilize construction recipes and recipe relationships between the construction recipes. A construction recipe may comprise a formula for building a construction element, and comprise one or more construction operations logically related by one or more logical relationships. The same construction recipe may be assigned to construction elements of the same type. An operation can be defined by required resources drawn from a resource pool.
