Abstract: A racking system for a solar panel includes a solar panel support rack assembly, the solar panel support rack assembly being configured to be coupled to another solar panel support rack assembly. Each solar panel support rack assembly includes a first arm having a first end and a second end, the first arm configured to be coupled to a base structure, a second arm having a first end and a second end, the first end of the second arm coupled to the first end of the first arm, the second arm being disposed at an angle from the first arm, and a third arm having a first end and a second end, the first end of the third arm coupled to the second end of the first arm and the second end of the third arm coupled to the second end of the second arm. The second arm includes a first channel member and a second channel member, the first and second channel members being disposed on opposing sides of the second arm, and a stop member at the first end.

Formed in the opposing first and second edges adjacent to a body having main display screen formed thereon are first and second slots, respectively, the first and second slots formed to receive first and second, slidingly engaging ancillary display screens. Each of the first and second display screens provide independent video or data information from the MEA, or video or other data transmission via the MEA, and can accordingly be used to conference simultaneously with three independent parties on three separate screens.

Abstract: A secure, smart credit card system having the same basic dimensions of a standard credit card. The preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a main body having situated thereon a main central processing unit (CPU). A portion of the main body has formed therein a space or slot for accepting a key unit, which is configured to engage the main body in the formed space or slot, the joined pieces maintaining the same basic dimensions of a standard credit card. The key unit may include an intelligent micro-memory module and power supply, and, upon physical engagement to the main body, may be programmed to initiate a "key" protocol to open or lock access to the functions of the main body, communicating with the main CPU upon physical insertion into the main body, thereby initiating or preventing functioning of electronically programed features of the main CPU.
