    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a tetrabromophthalic anhydride polysiloxane. In an embodiment, the tetrabromophthalic anhydride polysiloxane (TP) has the structure of Formula (1) Formula (1) wherein each R is the same or different and each R is independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, and a C1-C20 hydrocarbonyl group; and wherein m is an integer greater than or equal to 0, n is an integer greater than or equal to 2; and m/n=0 to 10.
