    Abstract: An organic light-emitting pixel driving circuit, a driving method thereof, and an organic light-emitting display panel are provided. The organic light-emitting pixel driving circuit comprises a light-emitting element, a driving transistor for driving the light-emitting element, an initialization unit, a storage unit, a data write-in unit, and a light-emitting control unit. The initialization unit is configured to transmit a first power supply voltage signal to a gate electrode of the driving transistor and transmit a reference voltage signal to a source electrode of the driving transistor and an anode of the light-emitting element. The storage unit is configured to maintain a voltage signal transmitted to the driving transistor. The data write-in unit is configured to transmit a data voltage signal to the gate electrode of the driving transistor, thus compensating a threshold voltage of the driving transistor. The light-emitting control unit is configured to control the light-emitting element.

The threshold compensation module can compensate for drifting of threshold voltage of the driver transistor so that the pixel circuit can emit light and display while operating current of the driver transistor to drive the light-emitting element to emit light is only dependent upon a signal on the data line and voltage at a reference signal end, but independent of the threshold voltage and a first power source voltage end to thereby avoid the threshold voltage and an IR drop from affecting the current flowing through the organic light-emitting diode.

The luminance of each of grayscales of a displayed picture is preset; a data signal voltage corresponding to the highest grayscale is determined while switching from a preset picture to another picture without any afterimage. An active pulse duty cycle of a light-emission control signal is determined according to the determined data signal voltage and the luminance of the highest grayscale. Data signal voltages corresponding to the other grayscales are determined. The determined active pulse duty cycle of the light-emission control signal, and the determined data signal voltages corresponding to the respective grayscales are stored.

A threshold voltage of the driving transistor is compensated through a cooperation of the transistors and the capacitors in a source following manner, such that a driving current generated by the driving transistor for driving a light emitting element to emit light is independent from the threshold voltage of the driving transistor itself. In addition, the driving transistor and the anode of the light emitting element are reset through the cooperation of the transistors, thereby avoiding from grabbing a different threshold voltage after a gray scale transition, thus avoiding afterimages and insufficient brightness of the first frame after the gray scale transition.
