Abstract: Self-extinguishing polymeric compositions based on thermoplastic polymers, comprising, for 100 parts by weight of total composition:(1) from 10 to 20 parts by weight of an ammonium phosphate or of an amine phosphate; and(2) from 5 to 8 parts by weight of an oligomer or polymer derived from 1,3,5-triazine, having general formula: ##STR1## wherein: ##STR2## or a heterocyclic radical containing in the ring at least a nitrogen atom, and linked to the triazine ring through one of such nitrogen atoms,R.sub.1 =alkyl or cycloalkyl,R.sub.2 =divalent radical of piperazine, of the type ##STR3## or a divalent radical of the type ##STR4## n=an integer from 20 to 50, extremes included, m=an integer from 2 to 6, extremes included.

Abstract: There are disclosed new organic peroxides having two peroxy functional groups and containing in their molecule an atom of salified aminic nitrogen, having the general formula: ##STR1## in which: R.sub.1, R.sub.2 are each an alkyl radical having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, optionally aryl-substituted, preferably a tertiary alkyl group such as t.butyl, t.amyl, t.octyl and cumyl;R.sub.3 is a hydrogen, an alkyl radical having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl having 5-6 carbon atoms in the ring, an aryl, an arylalkyl optionally halogen, alkoxy-, carboalkoxy-, alkyl-, mono- or poly-substituted;R.sub.4 is the methylene, ethylene or trimethylene radical, optionally halogen-, alkoxy-, carboalkoxy-, aryl-, alkyl-, mono- or poly-substituted;R.sub.

Abstract: New derivatives of N,N'-4-piperidyl-tetraalkyl-substituted alkylene diamines are disclosed. These new compounds are useful for stabilizing thermoplastic polymers, in particular polyolefins, against sunlight, heat and oxidation. A process for producing the new compounds is also disclosed, as well as the use thereof as stabilizers of polymers and polymeric compositions.

Abstract: New derivatives of N,N'-4-piperidyl-tetralkyl-substituted alkylene diamines are disclosed. These new compounds are useful for stabilizing thermoplastic polymers, in particular polyolefins, against sunlight, heat and oxidation. A process for producing the new compounds is also disclosed, as well as the use thereof as stabilizers of polymers and polymeric compositions.

Abstract: Perfluoropolyether compounds and mixtures thereof having the formula:A--O--(C.sub.3 F.sub.6 O).sub.P --(CF.sub.2 O).sub.Q --(C.sub.2 F.sub.4 O).sub.R --CF(Z)--CO--N(R)Arwherein the perfluoroalkyleneoxy groups are randomly distributed and A is a perfluoroalkyl group or a --CF(Z)--CO--N(R)Ar group; P, Q and R are zero but not simultaneously or numbers from 1 to 100, the sum of P, Q and R being 3 to 200; Z is a fluorine atom or a CF.sub.3 group; Ar is an aryl group; and R is hydrogen, alkyl, alkyl-aryl or an aryl group.These compounds are excellent stabilizers for perfluoropolyether fluids of the formula:X--O--(C.sub.3 F.sub.6 O).sub.P --(CF.sub.2 O).sub.q --(C.sub.2 F.sub.4 O).sub.r --Ywherein p, q and r are each zero or numbers from 1 to 100, the sum of p, q and r being 6 to 200, and X and Y are the same or different and are perfluoroalkyl groups having 1 to 3 carbon atoms.
