Patent number: 9892401Abstract: A transaction processing server acts as an identity aggregator and enables transactions between a user computing device and plurality of merchant servers. The transaction processing server receives a request from the user computing device to conduct the financial transaction with a merchant server. The transaction processing server determines a plurality of user identifiers identifying a user account associated with the user computing device at each of a plurality of online systems, where a first identifier is a transaction processing server identifier identifying a user account at the transaction processing server and a second identifier is a merchant identifier identifying a user account at the merchant server. Financial information is retrieved using the plurality of user identifiers.Type: GrantFiled: October 16, 2014Date of Patent: February 13, 2018Assignee: Kachyng, Inc.Inventor: Resh Wallaja

Publication number: 20170372405Abstract: A notification of a selection of a code displayed by a user computing device is received at a transaction processing server. One or more user identifiers associated with the user computing device are determined. Each user identifier identifies a user account at an online system and is determined based on a session with the online system active on the user computing device. Using the determined user identifiers, a user account including a mobile device identifier and user financial information is accessed. A request for user input is sent to a mobile device identified by the mobile device identifier. The request for user input includes a request for completion of a physical act on the mobile device by the user. Responsive to receiving an indication that the physical act was provided at the mobile device, the financial information is transmitted to a merchant server for conducting a financial transaction.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 9, 2015Publication date: December 28, 2017Inventor: Resh Wallaja

Patent number: 9699183Abstract: Disclosed is a process for mutual authentication of a user and service provider. The process receives, at a key generation module (KGM), a notification of an event generated at a computing device. The process transmits the notification of the event to an authentication server. A third party server receives a shared secret provided by a registered user for the event. The shared secret transmitted to the KGM by the authentication server. The KGM generates a one-time key for the event. The process appends the shared secret to the one time key to generate an appended key, which is transmitted to a registered user mobile device. The process authenticates the event in response to receiving a notification from the computing device within a predetermined time period indicating the one-time key was entered at the computing device.Type: GrantFiled: February 4, 2016Date of Patent: July 4, 2017Assignee: Kachyng, Inc.Inventor: Resh Wallaja

Publication number: 20150163580Abstract: Transforming an earphone system from a topology comprising loose ends to a topology comprising one or more loops inhibits knot formation. A cable management device provides for coupling an electrical jack to one or more earbuds comprising the earphone system, thereby eliminating topological loose ends and consequently inhibiting knot formation by eliminating opportunities for knot nucleation at the topological loose ends. A user may conveniently configure their earphones for storage by coupling the electrical jack to each earbud prior to storage. Upon retrieval from storage, the user is advantageously relieved from needing to unknot their earphone system.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 8, 2014Publication date: June 11, 2015Inventors: Resh Wallaja, William Guie Rivard

Publication number: 20130297425Abstract: Upon receiving an indication that a user wishes to conduct a financial transaction with an online retailer, the user's identity is determined. Instead of requiring the user to create and log into an account with the online retailer, the user's identity may be determined from an identity framework generated for the user from at least one of a plurality of sessions the user is in. A mobile device identifier, such as a mobile phone number associated with the user's identity framework is then retrieved. The mobile device identifier is then used to complete the financial transaction, providing a measure of security. A one-step or two-step request is transmitted to the mobile device having the associated mobile device identifier to authorize the financial transaction. Upon receiving authorization from the mobile device for the financial transaction, the financial transaction can then be enabled.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 25, 2013Publication date: November 7, 2013Applicant: Paytel, Inc.Inventor: Resh Wallaja
