The baseline sample includes a plurality of measurements taken across a plurality of downlink radio frequency (RF) bands within the network. The presence of the femtocell in the network is determined based on a determination that the identified RF signal does not match any of the plurality of measurements contained within the baseline sample.

The hydrophilic groups of the API are independently equal or different and comprise at least one of the groups consisting of OH- and halogen-groups.
