  • Patent number: 8409035
Abstract: The field game is played using the following game components: a first and second set of game balls, first and second sets of shorter game towers, first and second taller game towers and first and second ball-striking mallets, with such first and second game components bearing separate indicia for identifying them as the components of first and second teams, respectively. Boundaries for game play on a playing surface are established by using spaced apart markers and spaced apart taller game towers. The remaining game components are then disposed within those boundaries and play is begun by teams taking alternative turns at striking their own balls, while attempting to contact the balls of the opposing team or the towers of the opposing team, to knock those towers over.

  • Publication number: 20030222397
Abstract: A game apparatus includes a plurality of dice and a master cube which is larger than the dice. A container for the game has a cover and a base, with the cover and the base having tubular peripheral engagement portions to telescopically mate with and frictionally engage each other. The tubular peripheral engagement portions interact in a non-planar configuration, thereby facilitating grasping of the cover portion relative to the base portion. The base includes recesses to receive the playing pieces during play, and the cover holds the playing pieces in place in the recesses during storage and transportation. The cover includes a window for viewing the playing pieces through the cover. The cover and the base slope the playing pieces and a scoring chart relative to a flat underlying surface. The cover is constructed so it can be flipped over and used as a casting chute.
