    Abstract: The present invention is directed to novel two piece total elbow arthroplasty systems. In particular, the present invention is directed to total elbow implants, bone cutting guides for the installation of the implants, and methods for total elbow replacement. The apparatus and methods of the present invention are useful in the treatment of elbow osteoarthritis in canines, as well as in other species, including other quadrupeds and humans. The two piece implant of the present invention has an isometric humeral component and a radioulnar component that has an isometric articular surface. The components have stems for mounting in the medullary canals of the respective bones, which are angled so as to approximate the configuration of the original humerus, radius and ulna.
