  • Publication number: 20070212147
Abstract: Provided are a thermal head printing method and device carrying out printing on a place to be printed of a moving object by a thermal head arranged not to move in a moving direction of the printing object. In the thermal head printing device carrying out printing on the place to be printed of a packaging film (10) as the moving object supplied between a thermal head (8), arranged not to move in the moving direction of the moving object, and a platen (9), the printing device comprises moving rolls (15, 16) arranged on both sides of the platen (9) to change a stagnation quantity of the packaging film (10) on a side of the platen (9). The printing is carried out by the moving rolls (15, 16) being displaced to change a moving velocity of the place to be printed. The place to be printed of the packaging film (10) is moved at a predetermined velocity held within a velocity range within which a clear printing can be carried out by the thermal head.

  • Patent number: 6530203
Abstract: A sprouting beans refining apparatus wherein refuse matters of hulls, trash, small roots, etc. are removed from sprouting beans efficiently. Sprouting beans raked up by a raking-up conveyor are caused to fall down on an endless flat belt which is supported by a vibration frame inclined upwardly toward a moving direction. Sprouting beans on the endless flat belt are sent downwardly by vibration of the vibration frame to fall down onto a lower endless flat belt. Refuse matters of roots, trash, etc. contained in the sprouting beans attach to the surface of the endless flat belt and are transferred together with the endless flat belt to be removed by a scraper. Refined sprouting beans are discharged from a lower end of the endless flat belt of a lowermost stage.

  • Patent number: 6526724
Abstract: Packaging method and apparatus using multiple packaging material are improved so that multiple packaging filled with goods and sealed may be separated easily to each goods filling section. The multiple packaging material (40, 50) has plural goods filling sections connected in series via adjacent side edge portion (42, 52, 53) between each of the goods filling sections. Goods to be packaged are filled in the multiple packaging material at goods filling portion (12). Multiple packaging so filled with the goods is covered and sealed with sheet coming from master roll (16). The multiple packaging is made separable at the adjacent side edge portion. Overlapped portion of outer peripheral edge portion (41, 51) of the multiple packaging material and the sheet is first sealed at sealing portion (14) and then the adjacent side edge portion is sealed with the sheet at longitudinal sealing portion (21).

  • Publication number: 20020053195
Abstract: Sprouting beans refining apparatus is provided wherein refuse matters of hulls, trashes, small roots, etc. are removed of sprouting beans efficiently. Sprouting beans raked up by raking-up conveyor 1 are caused to fall down on endless flat belt 6 which is supported by vibration frame 3inclinedly upwardly toward moving direction. Sprouting beans on the endless flat belt are sent downwardly by vibration of the vibration frame 3 to fall down on lower endless flat belt 6. Refuse matters of roots, trashes, etc. contained in the sprouting beans attach to surface of the endless flat belt 6 and are transferred together with the endless flat belt 6 to be removed off by scraper 12. Refined sprouting beans are discharged from lower end of the endless flat belt 6 of lowermost stage.

  • Patent number: 6011574
Abstract: In a line thermal head printer apparatus, a ribbon tape is moved, only while printing is to be made, synchronously with the moving velocity of the object to be printed. The ribbon tape is moved only by the amount needed for printing and the amount of use of the ribbon tape is reduced and yet a beautiful printing is made. Ribbon tape 2 unwound from a heat transfer ribbon tape master roll 1 is lapped with a packaging material film 8 on a platen roller 6 and printing is made by a line thermal head 5 on the packaging material film 8. The ribbon tape 2 is stopped by a braking action making use of a maximum static torque characteristic of a stepping motor until a portion to be printed of the packaging material film 8 approaches, and is moved by the stepping motor only when the portion to be printed of the packaging material film 8 arrives.
