  • Patent number: 12061937
Abstract: A sensor system includes a signal sensing block including at least two sensing elements. Each of the at least two sensing elements is configured to generate an output that represents a first parameter associated with the sensor system. The sensor system also includes a data acquisition block configured to convert the outputs of the at least two sensing elements into digital data to be retrieved by a data retrieval block. The digital data is stored in one or more data registers of the data acquisition block. The sensor system also includes a data freeze block configured to cause the one or more data registers to refrain from updating with new data while the data retrieval block is retrieving the stored digital data.

  • Patent number: 9787495
Abstract: A network slave device includes a transceiver for communicating over a communication bus in accordance with a point-to-point network protocol. The network slave device may include an address to identify the network slave device on the network. It may also include a communication circuit configured to process a command received by the transceiver and generate a reply for transmission over the communication bus if an address included in the command matches the address of the slave device. A master device communicating on the network may send commands including the address of the slave device in accordance with the point-to-point network protocol. In an embodiment, the point-to-point protocol is the SENT protocol.

  • Patent number: 9634715
Abstract: A network slave device includes a transceiver for communicating over a communication bus in accordance with a point-to-point network protocol. The network slave device may have an address to identify the network slave device on the network. It may also have a communication circuit configured to process a series of commands received by the transceiver and respond to a command if a position of the command in the series of commands corresponds to the address of the network slave device. A master device communicating on the network may send the series of command in accordance with the point-to-point network protocol. In an embodiment, the point-to-point protocol is the SENT protocol.

  • Patent number: 9389060
Abstract: A magnetic field sensor can include a plurality of magnetic field sensing elements; an angle processing circuit to generate an uncorrected x-y angle value representative of an angle of a magnetic field in an x-y plane, the uncorrected x-y angle value comprising a first angle error component; an angle error correction module to generate an x-y angle error value indicative of an error in the uncorrected x-y angle value, wherein the angle error correction module uses a sinusoidal error relationship, a sine look up table, and a coefficient table memory to determine the x-y angle error value; and a combining module to combine the uncorrected x-y angle value with the x-y angle error value. A similar method is used.
