  • Patent number: 11628116
Abstract: A portable modular stretching apparatus has a basic structure of a base, central rod, pulley, cable system, and two legs jointed at the central rod and alongside the base. Attachments are then added for customized stretching. Attachments provide for hamstring, hips, quadriceps, knees, gastrocnemius, ankle, and metatarsal stretching, limberness, and extension, and hyperflexion. A person adds and removes the attachments based on the desired stretch routine, controls the tension, and removes the attachments, and folds the apparatus when complete.

  • Publication number: 20230030968
Abstract: Analogues of citrate, namely hydroxycitrate (HCA) and isocitrate (ICA), have dual roles as nucleation inhibitors and growth suppressors in the formation of mineral scale. Their potency is comparable to commercial phosphorous-based inhibitors, but they are more environmentally friendly, which has practical advantages for use in a broad range of commercial applications.

  • Publication number: 20200408034
Abstract: The system includes a series of operable louvers mounted on a four-sided frame and connected on each side to the operating mechanism that allows for easy opening and closing of the louvers. Every part of the system that is exposing to the exterior of the building is separated from the interior part of the system by a low heat conductivity material as a thermal barrier. Each operable louver includes a four-sided main frame, at least one pane of glass and a coupling mechanism on each side that connects to the operating mechanism. The main frame acts as the thermal break as well as a system that absorbs the energy created when an outside object impacts the window from the outside. The system incorporates sealing devices between all moving parts to eliminate water and air infiltration. The operating system allows for easy opening and closing of the window by rotating each louver with the crank mechanism assisted by springs.

  • Publication number: 20020170255
Abstract: A mould for producing reverse building modules includes a lower horizontal bottom from which longitudinal walls and cross walls are emerging. The cross walls are provided with protrusions inside which respective bars are arranged where the ends of longitudinal rods are disposed defining the framework module. Between each protrusion of the cross walls a spring is provided disposed outside the bars and which ends act on the corresponding ends of the longitudinal bars maintaining the distance therebetween.
