  • Patent number: 10474662
Abstract: An electronic processor including a programmable processing device and a processor, optimizes processing of data structures by carrying out operations on coded data in the data structures. The programmable processing device autonomously carries out predetermined basic operations on data structures, so that each basic operation is managed as a pre-programmed primitive operation. The processor receives flow of coded data belonging to a data structure, and an operation request on the coded data; then, recognizing the data structure of the received data flow and the requested operation; then, determining whether to perform the requested operation or have the programmable processing device carry out the requested operation. If performed by the programmable processing device, the processor sends coded data and information about the recognized data structure and requested operation to the programmable processing device.

  • Patent number: 10348723
Abstract: A method for recognizing a person by identification codes derivable from biometric data includes registering a user, and recognizing a registered user, among registered users, through a recognition event. Each user registration event acquires user biometric data, encodes the data into a respective user's registration identification code, associates the code to the user, and registers the user and the associated code. Each recognition terminal is associated to a respective comparison set, including comparison identification codes corresponding to a registered user's identification code. Comparison identification codes are based on comparison between registered users' localization information and known localization of the recognition terminal. A user is recognized among registered users by a recognition event at a terminal. Each recognition event acquires biometric data from the user, which is encoded. The recognition identification code is compared with each of the comparison identification codes.

  • Patent number: 9798942
Abstract: A method quickly recognizes a person by identification codes derivable from biometric data includes registering and recognizing at least one user from multiple registered users by a recognition event. Each user registration event includes acquiring from biometric data correlated to a configuration of the user's blood vessels. Acquired biometric data is encoded into a respective registration identification code associated to the user. The user is registered the associated registration identification code is registered. Each recognition event includes acquiring the biometric data correlated to the user's blood vessels. The acquired biometric data is coded into a respective recognition identification user code. Based on the registered identification codes, a comparison set of comparison identification codes is prepared. Then the recognition identification code is compared with each comparison identification code. A respective matching level for each comparison is estimated.

  • Patent number: 9792513
Abstract: A method quickly recognizes a person by identification codes derivable from biometric data and includes registering a user, and recognizing a registered user, out of multiple registered users, through a recognition event. Each registration event includes acquiring biometric data of the user; then, encoding the biometric data into a respective registration identification code associated with the user; and registering the user and the associated registration identification code. Each recognition event includes acquiring the biometric data; then, encoding the biometric data into a respective recognition identification. Based on said registered registration identification codes, a comparison set of comparison identification codes is prepared. The recognition identification code is compared with each comparison identification code; and for each comparison, a respective matching level is estimated. The user is recognized or refused recognition based on the estimated matching levels.

  • Patent number: 9661277
Abstract: A system teleconferences first and second speakers in first and second connected remote teleconference sites. Each teleconference site includes corresponding transceivers to transmit and receive electronic signals. First and second acquirers are configured to acquire an image of the first and second speakers, and to generate the electronic signals based on the acquired image. First and second remote image displays process the electronic signals to display the image of the remote speaker. The first remote image display includes a processor with a screen to display the image of the remote speaker. The first acquirer is adjacent the screen, so the acquired image of the first speaker, while looking at the image of the second speaker, is similar to an image acquired if the first speaker would look at the first acquirer. The second display includes a displaying screen suitable to contain an image projected life-size of the first speaker.

  • Patent number: 9589197
Abstract: A method quickly recognizes a person by identification codes derivable from biometric data includes registering a user, and recognizing a registered user, through a respective recognition event. Each registration event includes acquiring at least one biometric datum related to blood vessels of the user. The acquired biometric datum is encoded into a respective registration identification code and associated with the user. The user and the associated registration identification code are registered. Each recognition event includes acquiring biometric datum related to the user's blood vessels and encoding the acquired biometric datum into a respective recognition identification code. Based on the registered registration identification codes, a comparison set of comparison identification codes is prepared and compared. For each comparison, a matching level is estimated and the user is recognized or refused recognition based on the estimated matching levels.
