  • Publication number: 20150379546
Abstract: Systems, methods, and/or techniques for providing a digital coupon may be disclosed. For example, a server may distribute or deliver the coupons based on data collected or gathered about a user. The server may have one or more settings that may be used to collect or gather data about the user. The server may apply those settings. The settings may include a source such as asocial network, a device, websites, an application, and/or the like that may be identified and/or may have parameters associated from which the data may be collected. The server may connect to the source based on the settings and may receive data about or for a user from the source. The server may generate a user profile and/or a score associated with the user based on the data and may send a digital coupon to the user based on the user profile and score.

  • Patent number: 8718047
Abstract: A method includes providing a user interface, at a mobile communication device, that includes a first area to receive text input and a second area to receive an identifier associated with an addressee device. The text input and the identifier are received via the user interface. A short message service (SMS) message including the text input is transmitted to a Text to Speech (TTS) server for conversion into an audio message and for transmission of the audio message to the addressee device associated with the identifier. An acknowledge message transmitted from the TTS server permits the addressee device to allow delivery of the audio message or to decline delivery of the audio message. The TTS server transmits the audio message in response to the addressee device allowing delivery of the audio message. A confirmation message is received from the TTS server that indicates that a reply voice message has been received from the addressee device in response to the audio message.

  • Publication number: 20120215644
Abstract: A particular method includes receiving first data that represents a first aggregate amount of water that is used by a plurality of customers during a first time period. Based on the first aggregate amount of water, a first number of potential television viewers during the first time period may be estimated. The method includes receiving second data that represents a second aggregate amount of water that is used by the plurality of customers during a second time period. Based on the second aggregate amount of water, a second number of potential television viewers during the second time period may be estimated. The estimated first number of potential television viewers and the estimated second number of potential television viewers may be used for advertising purposes (e.g., for adjusting advertising fees).
