  • Publication number: 20200118141
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a method, system and computer program product for automated communication preference setting in a customer relationship management (CRM) application. The method includes establishing a communicative connection between a CRM application and different feeds of different social media sites, storing customer information with customer social media profiles and monitoring posts of the customer social media profiles in each of the social media sites. The method further includes aggregating in a log a total amount of posts for each customer social media profile for each social media site over a specified period of time and determining a threshold amount of postings for the period of time. The method finally includes setting a customer social media communication preference to the customer social media profile with the most posts if the determined threshold amount is exceeded by the log in at least one of the social media sites.

  • Publication number: 20200118220
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a method, system and computer program product for automated customer interest processing in a customer relationship management (CRM) application. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for automated customer interest processing in a CRM application includes establishing a communicative connection between a CRM application executing in memory of a host computing system and different feeds of different social media web sites and storing customer information of one or more customers of the CRM application in memory of the host computing system, which includes one or more customer social media profiles of each of the customers. The method further includes monitoring customer social media data of the customer social media profiles and associated posts and, responsive to detecting a personal interest in the social media data, indicating the personal interest of the customer in the customer information of the customer.

  • Publication number: 20190095870
Abstract: A method for the curated presentation of daily content in a mobile device includes detecting a morning hour in memory of a mobile device of an end user, and in response to the detection of the morning hour, the mobile device: queries a C&S data store for all tasks and meetings scheduled for a current day, identifies a multiplicity of contacts associated with the tasks and meetings, retrieves from over the Internet from at least one Web site, information pertaining to one of the contacts, determines from the information, a contemporaneous value corresponding to a record field for the one of the contacts that differs from an existing value for the record field, prompts the end user to update the record field and, on condition the end user approves in response to the prompting, updates the record field with the contemporaneous value but otherwise maintains the existing value.

  • Patent number: 8941050
Abstract: Systems, methods and/or techniques for processing solderbrace using one or more light wavelength filters are described. A method of processing solderbrace material may include applying solderbrace material to a wafer, placing a light wavelength filter between the solderbrace material and a broadband light source and exposing the light wavelength filter to broadband light from the broadband light source. The light wavelength filter may block some wavelengths of light and may allow other wavelengths of light to pass through and strike the solderbrace material. In some embodiments, the light wavelength filter may be an I-Line filter that is adapted to block substantially all wavelengths of light and allow passage of I-Line wavelengths of light. In some embodiments, the light wavelength filter may be an I-Line filter that is adapted to block substantially all G-Line and H-Line wavelengths of light and allow passage of substantially all I-Line wavelengths of light.
