  • Patent number: 11859940
Abstract: A hop-up device for an airsoft gun allows a user to adjust the tension applied to a BB during the chambering of the BB in the airsoft gun. The hop-up device has an adjustable tension adjustment sleeve configured to constrict a desired amount around the BB. The tension adjustment sleeve provides tension on the BB when the air nozzle is seating, or chambering, the BB in the bucking lips of a rubber bucking prior to firing. By adjusting the tension adjustment sleeve, the user can increase or decrease the bucking lip tension on the BB to reduce or essentially eliminate the adverse effects from manufacturing tolerances, wear, and the like. These adverse effects can cause double feeding of the BBs, jamming, inconsistent firing, slow firing, midcap syndrome (the feed spring in the magazine is too strong and forces BBs against the air nozzle with excessive force), and the like.

  • Patent number: 11125527
Abstract: An air reservoir system is provided that includes a switchable valve to direct input air to an air reservoir, or stored air in the air reservoir to a firing pathway. Various example embodiments of the present general inventive concept may also include an air-saver system to maintain a minimum air pressure in the air reservoir during a firing operation.

  • Patent number: 10598461
Abstract: A high pressure air cylinder-nozzle assembly includes a cylinder frame body, a piston assembly including a piston base member and a nozzle, the piston base member being configured to move along an axis in the cylinder frame body relative to the nozzle in at least one stage of multi-stage piston assembly movements between forward and back positions, and simultaneously with the nozzle in at least another stage of the multi-stage piston assembly movements, and a solenoid valve to direct air to the piston base member to move the piston base member between the forward and back positions.

  • Patent number: 10295302
Abstract: An in-stock compressed gas delivery assembly to deliver gas to an airsoft gun, including a cartridge receiving portion to receive at least a portion of a compressed fluid cartridge, a locking cap to secure the compressed fluid cartridge in the gas delivery assembly, a puncture pin assembly to puncture a nozzle of the compressed fluid cartridge when the locking cap is closed over the cartridge, a regulator to regulate a volume of gas passing from the gas delivery assembly, and a plurality of expansion chambers configured to form a tortuous path, between the cartridge and the regulator, to expand liquid from the compressed fluid cartridge to gas, and a buffer tube having a first end configured to be coupled to the airsoft gun; and a second end configured to receive the gas delivery assembly such that the buffer tube houses at least a portion of the gas delivery assembly.

  • Patent number: 9903684
Abstract: A high pressure air cylinder to use in an airsoft gun or similar devices and systems. In some embodiments, the present general inventive concept encompasses a cylinder in which an imbalanced poppet valve directs and controls the axial motion of a piston. Some embodiments include a two-way solenoid valve. Some embodiments include a precisely sit two-way solenoid valve. The solenoid valve controls the flow of air to drive a piston forward; air then pushes the piston back into place.

  • Publication number: 20170299321
Abstract: An in-stock compressed fluid cartridge system to be used in a gas powered airsoft gun. The compressed fluid cartridge may be supplied fluid to a multi-stage expansion chamber configured to depressurize the fluid into gas and prevent fluid from reaching a downstream pressure regulator. The compressed fluid cartridge may be engaged and disengaged with the in-stock system by turning a thread-less quick release end cap that allows rapid replacement of the cartridges.
