  • Patent number: 11961043
Abstract: An inventory tracking system includes storage modules that hold one or more items. Each item is positionable at locations within the storage modules independent of physical characteristics of the item. Inventory monitoring modules are included to monitor storage modules for adding an item, retrieving an item, consuming of the item, returning an unused item, discarding at least a portion of a consumed item, or combinations thereof. Each act is used to determine information about items utilized in the act, including the location within the storage modules of the items. Each storage module updates a central inventory database about a location of the storage module, a revised inventory of the items stored within the storage modules, or both. The location of the storage modules, the revised inventory of the items stored within the storage modules, or both, is used to order a replenishment of the items held within the storage modules.

  • Patent number: 11910753
Abstract: A working platform that can be removably attached to a front portion of a utility tractor is provided in which the platform is at least horizontally adjustable, is sized to allow a user to move about on the platform, and the tractor can be controlled by a user with controls located on the platform. In addition, an automatic steering system may be included that allows the tractor to remain generally along a preselected course, such as between rows of trees or other objects. As the tractor moves down the row of an orchard, the platform can be adjusted so as to be in an appropriate position for performing work on the tree. A harvesting accessory system may also be attached to the tractor in conjunction with the working platforms, which supports and conveys bins from the tractor to the ground.

  • Patent number: 11676075
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer program product, and a system for reducing labeled sample quantities required to update test sets. The computer-implemented method includes inputting a portion of unlabeled production data into a base model and generating labeled output relating to the unlabeled production data. The computer-implemented method also includes inputting the labeled output into a performance predictor. The performance predictor is a meta model of the base model that is trained with another portion of the unlabeled production data, a training set used to train the base model, and a test set portioned from the training set. The computer-implemented method further includes outputting, by the performance predictor, a performance metric relating to the labeled output produced by the trained base model. The performance metric can be any metric capable of measuring the output performance of the base model.

  • Publication number: 20230122472
Abstract: Hybrid on-policy/off-policy techniques are provided for improving the estimation of quality (reward) of a control policy for decision making by combining the on-policy and off-policy data from multiple estimators into a single metric. In one aspect, a method for estimating a reward of a policy for decision making in a computer system includes: computing multiple reward estimates of the policy using estimators, wherein at least a subset of the estimators compute reward estimates with prediction intervals; and combining the multiple reward estimates using a combiner to produce a new reward estimate. Thus, some of the estimators might compute the reward estimates without prediction intervals. A method for estimating a reward of a policy when another one or more of the estimators compute reward estimates without prediction intervals is also provided.

  • Patent number: 11531460
Abstract: Systems and methods are described that include providing, on a touchscreen display of an electronic device, a stream of content items, at least some of which are associated with a corresponding display anchor. Inputs are detected at the touchscreen display and the inputs are associated with a scroll speed. The scroll speed may be based on a detected distance between the inputs on the touchscreen and an elapsed time between at least two of the inputs. In response to determining a lack of input for a predefined time period, a display anchor can be determined and selected. The display anchor may correspond to a content item to be used as a pause location for the stream. The scrolling of the stream of content items can be paused at the pause location to use the selected display anchor to display the content item in a top viewable portion of the display.

  • Publication number: 20220351067
Abstract: A method includes applying a machine learning model to a plurality of unlabeled datapoints to produce probability distributions for labels for the plurality of unlabeled datapoints, selecting a first subset of unlabeled datapoints from the plurality of unlabeled datapoints that satisfy a criterion, and selecting a second subset of unlabeled datapoints from the first subset based on the probability distributions for labels for the unlabeled datapoints in the first subset. The second subset is smaller than the first subset. The method also includes communicating, to a user, the second subset of unlabeled datapoints, receiving, from the user, labels for the second subset of unlabeled datapoints, and training, using the received labels, the machine learning model.
