    Abstract: A patch panel is configured to be mounted to a rack or in an enclosure, facilitates cable management functions, and enhances space utilization at and around the rack/patch panel assembly. The patch panel advantageously combines the distribution of voice (analog voice & VoIP) and high speed data services (e.g., broadband services) over one single UTP cable. Two pairs of within the UTP cable are dedicated to distribute analog voice and two pairs of the UTP cable are dedicated to distribute Ethernet service to each location (LOC 1 to LOC 13) simultaneously.
