Intermediary server 2 reads communications between each client apparatus 6 and each content server 4. Intermediary server 2 modifies web page data transmitted from a content server 4 to a client 6 firstly by modifying all links defining data to be displayed within the page so that each link has a unique address, and secondly by adding content to be displayed at the client. Intermediary server 2 also identifies requests of a predetermined type sent from a client 6 to a content server 4 and stores a copy of the request.

    Abstract: The invention is a self-venting blood collection needle assembly for the extraction of at least one fluid sample into an evacuated container for laboratory testing, this blood collection needle assembly providing a clear or translucent flashback chamber for blood to flow into, for visualization by the user to confirm successful vein entry. The self-venting mechanism permits escape of air during use, and which, typically, also prevents an outflow of fluid, such as blood. Thus, air under venous pressure will be allowed to escape from the blood collection needle assembly until blood reaches the venting mechanism.

The wire elements are mounted for rotation about generally parallel axes along a vertical support. Gearing between a motor and the elements rotates the elements. The elements have portions spaced from their end portions offset from the axes of rotation. Those elements are in phase or out of phase relative to one another. Rotation of the elements causes a rippling or waving effect in the flag simulative of a flag waving in the breeze.

The compounds according to the present invention comprise film-forming chemicals which are biodegradable, nonionic, insoluble or partially soluble in water, and include C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, and C11 alcohol ethoxylates, propoxylates, and/or alkoxylates with an average of one (1) to five (5) moles of ethylene and/or propylene oxide per mole of alcohol, and mixtures thereof. The compositions may be applied directly as liquids or released into the aquatic environment from a carrier, such as a biodegradable, water-erodible, water-soluble or water-dispersible carrier.
