  • Publication number: 20180148938
Abstract: A grout float includes a first body made of rigid material and being a board. The first body is received in a first hole in a second body which is a board. The second body has a first face and a second face respectively defined in the top and the underside thereof, wherein the second face is larger than the first face to shape the second body as a trapezoidal body. The second body has a first side and second side. The second body has four first corners. A first inclined face is connected between the first and second faces. A second inclined face is connected between the first and second sides. The second body is made of soft material. A handle unit is removably connected to the second body and includes a first handle and a second handle.

  • Patent number: 9322186
Abstract: A leveling spacer system includes a multiple plates, multiple spacers and multiple knobs. The spacers are threadedly connected to the knobs to clamp the panel members, and the plates are used to connect the spacers and the knobs together with so as to clamp more panel members. The plates and the knobs are located on the top of the panel members, and the spacers are located at the underside of the panel members. When the panel members are leveled, the knobs are removed, and the necks on the spacers are broken to finish the leveling of the panel members.

  • Patent number: 7237689
Abstract: A plastic waste container is rotationally molded with a hollow material carrying or holding compartment having a bottom, rear, front and opposed side walls. A plastic pocket defining a prong receiving channel, located on each side wall, is integrally formed with the compartment, i.e., molded therewith or premolded and subsequently bonded thereto. Preferably a skirt, extending around each of the pockets, is integrally molded with the compartment and includes struts extending along the side walls of the compartment, above and below the pockets.

Abstract: A plastic waste container is rotationally molded with a hollow material carrying or holding compartment having a bottom, rear, front and opposed side walls. A plastic pocket defining a prong receiving channel, located on each side wall or on the bottom wall, is integrally formed and preferably molded with the compartment. The bottom wall extends upwardly and inwardly from a location adjacent the perimeter to form a convex dome with an upper surface above the perimeter in the range of about 3? to 10?.

  • Patent number: 6450422
Abstract: A spray gun adapted for applying a texturized coating material includes a housing with a mounting block extending forwardly of a pistol grip. A longitudinal bore extends through the housing and mounting block. A carrier fluid, (e.g., air) delivery tube having an inlet and an outlet orifice, is positioned within the longitudinal bore, and extends beyond the end of the mounting block. A coating material/interface member is rotatably mounted on the mounting block with an axial bore therein surrounding the delivery tube. A nozzle, carried by the forward end of the interface member, is positioned adjacent to the outlet orifice. The interface member has a coating material inlet nipple extending outwardly and preferably rearwardly at an acute angle to the axial bore. The rotatable mounting of the interface member allows the coupling end of a line transporting the coating material to be positioned above or below the interface member.

  • Patent number: 6227750
Abstract: An adjustable tilting bracket for concrete finishing tools include a base plate, with an elongated slot in the bottom thereof, the slot being arranged to straddle a reinforcing rib on the tool. A yoke is pivotally mounted on the base plate and includes a cylindrical passageway in which a handle receiving member is located. A guide slot is formed in an upper arcuate portion of the yoke and cooperates with a stop member protruding from the handle receiving member to allow the handle receiving member to traverse an angle of about 180°, say from 3 o'clock to 9 o'clock, within the yoke. An actuating rod is pivotally mounted between the base plate and a caming ring secured to the forward end of the handle receiving member so that the base plate and a leveling/finishing tool secured thereto will pivot about an axis parallel to the tool's receiving slot.

  • Patent number: 4520527
Abstract: A concrete finishing adapter is disclosed which enables a user to adjust the angle of a bull float or the like, which is adapted for connection to the adapter. The angle of the bull float is adjusted so that it does not gouge into the unset surface of concrete. The adapter includes a base plate, a yoke, a handle receiving member extending through the yoke, a braking sleeve inside the yoke through which the handle receiving member passes, and a rod which connects the handle receiving member to the base plate. Rotation of the handle receiving member in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction causes the rod to move the base plate relative to the handle so that the angle of incidence of the base plate (and attached smoothing plate) relative to the concrete surface, is adjusted so that, when the user pushes the smoothing plate away, the forward edge of the smoothing plate is tilted upward.
