    Abstract: A Factor IX preparation is separated from plasma by selective adsorption of Factors II, IX and X to the substantial exclusion of Factors VII and VIII with 0.025-0.1% by weight of a water-insoluble, cross-linked polyelectrolyte copolymer of ethylene and maleic anhydride containing pendant diloweralkylaminoloweralkyl functional groups.
