  • Patent number: 12075953
Abstract: A fitting assembly for attaching an elongate member to a surface within a shower or bath area includes a clamp including a collar arranged to receive and abut the elongate member, the collar having an axially extending split, the clamp further including a finger extending outwardly from the collar adjacent one side of the split. A cover includes an aperture arranged to receive the elongate member, the cover arranged to retain the clamp within such that the collar is axially aligned with the aperture. A bracket is arranged to be fixed to the surface and to receive and retain the cover containing the clamp, the bracket comprising a receiving portion arranged to urge the finger so as to compress the collar portion at the split, thereby clamping the elongate member within the collar.

  • Patent number: 10960287
Abstract: A pendulum stroke teaching device formed from a one piece coupling element for use with conventional golf alignment sticks and an individual's putter club. The coupling element includes two spaced apart apertures for receipt of the distal ends of the alignment sticks. A centrally disposed cavity between the apertures is constructed and arranged for receipt of a putter shaft. The coupling element operates to secure the alignment sticks and putter in a fixed position. The ends of the alignment sticks are placed between the torso and the inner upper arms of the golfer. When the golfer grasps the putter grip, movement of the putter can only take place by use of a pendulum stroke. The teaching device is used for training the golfer to use a repetitive and consistent swing for improving their golf experience.

  • Patent number: 10751599
Abstract: A putting aid device for training a golfer in the skill of putting. The putting aid device is formed from transparent flexible plastic having a base with first and second side edges. Length indicia is placed on the first side edge having a first color along a length L1, a second color extending from each end of the first color a length L2, a third color extending from each end of second color a length L3, and a fourth color extending from each end of the third color a length L4. Instructional markings limit the amount of backswing and indicate proposed feet positioning. The device allows instruction for golfers that use a putting arc swing or a straight line putting swing.

  • Patent number: 7744479
Abstract: A portable golf practice game consisting of a wall having a front face, rear face, and base. The wall includes a plurality of openings along the base for the entry of an object there-through. Each opening includes an opening sensor to detect the presence of an object there-through. The wall further includes proximity sensors along the base to detect the presence of an object not passing though an opening. The sensors emit a signal which is detected by a processor connected to the wall. Each opening has a corresponding graphic element which displays a value interpreted by the processor. A user chooses a game on the input device, then propels an object toward the wall, a sensor emits a signal, the processor interprets the signal and the graphic element displays an assigned value.

  • Publication number: 20070167205
Abstract: The invention provides a novel game apparatus which permits a player to develop or maintain a skill, such as putting a golf ball, to achieve values used in one or more of a selection of pre-existing games of strategy and/or chance, such as card games, thereby allowing the skill development and maintenance to be more entertaining. The apparatus comprises a wall with a plurality of openings, each of which is associated with a value based on a pre-existing game which a player may obtain by propelling the ball into the opening.

  • Publication number: 20060034661
Abstract: An operator station is for a compacting vehicle having a frame and at least one compacting drum connected with the frame. The station includes a base plate rotatably connected with the frame and an operator cab slidably connected with the base plate. The cab includes a housing bounding an interior chamber and an operator seat disposed within the chamber. A first actuator is configured to linearly displace the housing with respect to the base plate along a horizontal axis and a second actuator is configured to rotatably displace the base plate about a vertical axis. The cab is linearly displaceable along the horizontal axis between most proximal and most distal positions with respect to the vertical axis and the base plate is rotatably displaceable between a first position where a front wall faces toward a vehicle front and a second position where the front wall faces toward a vehicle side.
