    Abstract: A collapsible free standing stocking is disclosed. This invention removes the danger from a stocking that hangs over a flame (of any kind). It also eliminates the danger of being pulled off from a mount having heavy weighted holder and crushing a child head, a person's foot or injuring a pet. It eliminates the need of nailing, screwing or attaching hooks into mantels. The collapsible stocking includes a footpad that is received in a foot portion of the stocking. A weighted sock is dimensioned to be received within the foot portion and carries a malleable weighted material, which may be a granular or pelletized material. A plurality of sleeves and a corresponding plurality of rods support an upper sleeve portion of the stocking body in an upright orientation.

Screw heads of the pair of upper screws rest against a top surface of the chuck, such that clockwise rotation of one of the upper screws pushes a corresponding corner of the chuck toward the tilt plate. Screw heads of the pair of lower screws rest against a bottom surface of the chuck, such that counter-clockwise rotation of one of the lower screws pushes a corresponding corner of the chuck away from the tilt plate.

The drill cuttings are characterized by their liquid/solid composition, texture of solids and size of particulates. A cleaning solution formula having surfactant(s) and viscosity agent(s) is selected based on the characterization of drill cuttings. Drill cuttings are contacted with the selected cleaning solution and subjected to ultrasonic vibrations simultaneously for a period of treatment and vibration time. Contaminants from drill cuttings are removed to beneficial use standards and the resulting cleaned drill solids may be reused at the well site. The cleaning may occur at a well site in conjunction with drilling activity and the cleaning solution may be changed to adapt to changes in the drill mud and/or cuttings characteristics.
