The outer and inner rings have a first common axis of rotation and the diameter of the outer ring 4 is greater than the diameter of the inner ring 11 The drive mechanism includes a gearing arrangement connecting the outer and inner rings 4,11. The gearing arrangement comprises first and second toothed rotary gears 14,16.

Abstract: This invention relates to prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) antibodies and antibody drug conjugates comprising at least one non-naturally-encoded amino acid. Disclosed herein are ?PSMA antibodies with one or more non-naturally encoded amino acids and further disclosed are antibody drug conjugates wherein the ?PSMA antibodies of the invention are conjugated to one or more toxins. Also disclosed herein are non-natural amino acid dolastatin analogs that are further modified post-translationally, methods for effecting such modifications, and methods for purifying such dolastatin analogs. Typically, the modified dolastatin analogs include at least one oxime, carbonyl, dicarbonyl, and/or hydroxylamine group. Further disclosed are methods for using such non-natural amino acid antibody drug conjugates, dolastatin analogs, and modified non-natural amino acid dolastatin analogs, including therapeutic, diagnostic, and other biotechnology uses.

A threshold-load trainer, or similar device, having a biased tongue resistance pad is used for strengthening the muscles of the tongue to inhibit narrowing or obstruction of the upper respiratory airway, particularly during a state of relaxation or sleep. The threshold-load trainer embodiments of the subject invention can specifically target the genioglossus muscle under the tongue (the major tongue protruder) and other muscles of the throat and upper respiratory pathway, so as to improve muscle tonus.

Abstract: A high-density universally-configurable system board architecture for use with multiple mid-board optic (MBO) type configurations is provided. The system board comprises a switch application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) assembly, a plurality of MBO interfaces comprising a plurality of via-in-pad plated over (VIPPO) vias, and a plurality of mounting holes. Each MBO interface is configured to mate with a soldered-down MBO assembly or a socket instance comprising a socketized MBO assembly. Each socketized MBO assembly comprises an interposer comprising a plurality of VIPPO vias, where the bottom contact pad of each VIPPO via is thicker than the top contact pad. Either configuration is facilitated without the need to modify the system board layout.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and system for providing customized information from a content provider to a plurality of recipients. A content provider first ranks, via a content provider interface provided via a first computer server, a selected portion of the recipients into at least two separate tiers of recipients based upon a predetermined criteria. The content provider, generates, at the first computer server and via the content provider interface, customized information for transmission to the recipients. The content provider also generates, at the first computer server and via the content provider interface, associated information related to the customized information for each separate tier. Finally, the customized information and the respective associated information is transmitted to each tier of recipients. Preferably, the customized information comprises information identifying particular financial instruments offered for sale.

Abstract: Described herein is a novel expression system for producing multiple gene products of interest from a single polycistronic construct. In particular, the expression system contains a polycistronic vector capable of expressing functional antibodies in eukaryotic host cells, which vector contains at least the following elements operably linked in the 5′ to 3′ orientation: a promoter operable in a eukaryotic cell; a DNA sequence encoding at least the variable region of an antibody light chain; an internal ribosome entry site (IRES); and at least one DNA sequence encoding an antibody heavy chain. Also disclosed are mammalian cells containing the polycistronic expression vector, and a method of producing functional antibodies in mammalian cells transfected with the polycistronic expression vector.
