  • Publication number: 20230342871
Abstract: A system for negotiating a purchase of a pharmaceutical treatment between a provider of the pharmaceutical treatment and a plurality of purchasers of the pharmaceutical treatment. The method receives one or more assumptions associated with a patient. An input field in a graphical user interface of a first computing device is displayed where the first computing device received an offer to purchase the pharmaceutical treatment from the purchaser. The offer to purchase is received from the first computing device via a network. The offer to purchase is modified. The modified offer to purchase is displayed on a second computing device that is associated with a provider of the pharmaceutical treatment via a graphical user interface on the second computing device. An input field in the graphical user interface of the second computing device that is configured to receive, from the provider, an offer to provide the pharmaceutical treatment is displayed.

  • Patent number: 11727516
Abstract: A system for customizing user parameters relating to a pharmaceutical treatment, receives, a first set of parameters associated with the pharmaceutical treatment, that indicate factors associated with the pharmaceutical treatment, in a first format. The system determines a subset of the set of first parameters based on the one or more factors and converts them into a second format. The system provides the second set of parameters to a second computing device, receives from the second computing device, a third set of parameters, wherein the third set of parameters are based on the one or more factors, the third set of parameters being provided in a third format, converts the third set of parameters from the second third format to the first format based on a second set of parameters, and present the converted third set of parameters received from the second computing device to the first computing device party.

  • Publication number: 20220197026
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for eye-glow suppression in waveguide systems is disclosed herein. Some embodiments of the methods and the apparatus include a source of image modulated light; a waveguide having an eye-facing surface and an external surface facing the outside world; an input coupler for coupling the light into a total reflection internal path in the waveguide; at least one grating for providing beam expansion and extracting light from the waveguide towards an eyebox; a polymer grating structure comprising a modulation depth and a grating pitch. The modulation depth is greater than the grating pitch across at least a portion of the polymer grating structure. Advantageously, the polymer grating structure is configured to diffract light entering the waveguide from the outside world or stray light generated within the waveguide away from optical paths that are refracted through the external surface into the outside world.

  • Patent number: 9932095
Abstract: An assembly (3) comprising at least a first module (1) and a second module (2) with respective longitudinal axes (5) is described. Each one of the modules (1, 2) comprises a connection side (6, 7, 8, 9) which is facing the other module (1, 2) and is arranged between the upper side (6, 7, 8, 9) and the underside (20, 42), and at least two elongated bendable members (12) which connects the first module (1) with the second module (2). The first module (1) comprises at least a first connection side (6) which comprises a first recess (13) which is a part of a rotationally symmetrical form with a symmetry axis (43) which is parallel with the connection side (6). The assembly (3) comprises at least a first connection member (17), which comprises an inelastic member (22) and a longitudinal axis (35) which is parallel with the symmetry axis (43), and which is in engagement with and rotatable around the symmetry axis (43) in relation to the first recess (13).

  • Patent number: 8860581
Abstract: An interactive electronic device shell and light source may enable personalization and increased functionality of an electronic device. The shell may at least partially cover a light source and attach to an electronic device. The shell includes at least some transparent or translucent portions (e.g., light stencils) that enable light from a matrix of the light source to emit through the shell, thus causing a display of light from the shell. In some aspects, the electronic device may be linked with the shell and/or the light source to control light emission through the shell. In various aspects, an illumined portion of the shell may have significance, such as revealing an artistic design or indicating a message based on activity of the electronic device.

  • Publication number: 20120208651
Abstract: A device and assembly of devices for repetitively practicing a billiard shot including a body with a cavity and adhesive material applied to a lower surface of the body for selectively securing the body to the surface of the billiard table for flat placement thereon, the cavity has a dimension that is slightly greater than an outer diameter of a billiard ball, wherein the body has a substantially minute thickness for providing no more than a minimal impact to a travel of the billiard ball over the body and across the surface of the billiard table after the body is placed about the billiard ball and selectively secured on the billiard table surface with the adhesive material.
