Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods relate to a catheter manipulation handle with user interface controls for steering a catheter in situ while providing an augmented (e.g., motorized, powered and tunable precision steering, and perforation safeguards) control and feedback user experience. In an illustrative example, the catheter manipulation handle may provide motor assisted operation to automatically rotate and/or deflect a distal tip of the catheter to steer and guide the distal tip to a target location in the patient's vasculature system. The augmented feedback may include, for example, haptic feedback via the handle. Haptic, audible, and/or visual feedback via the handle may indicate, for example, proximity or engagement of the distal tip with sensitive tissue. In some examples, the handle's augmented operation may advantageously amplify feedback signals to enhance the user's perception of the patient's safety with respect to the safe passage of the distal tip through the patient's vasculature.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for obtaining real time emotional response data over a communications system is disclosed. A stimulus is presented to at least one participant using the communications system. Emotional response data for each participant is recorded while the stimulus is being displayed. The stimulus can be a visual and/or audio presentation such as an advertisement with static or moving images, marketing information, brochures, sales information, live or recorded speeches, debates, television programs, movies, videos, music, computer graphics, computer games or any other media which can be projected audioly and/or visually over a communications network. The recorded emotional response data is analyzed to determine at least one critical emotion range in the stimulus.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for obtaining research data over a communications system is disclosed. A presentation is presented at least once to a participant using a web site. The participant's reactions are recorded for a different category of reactions to be measured each time the advertisement is displayed. A presentation can be a visual and/or audio presentation such as an advertisement with static or moving images, marketing information, brochures, sales information, live or recordedspeeches, television programs, movies, videos, music, computer graphics, computer games or any other media which can be projected audioly and/or visually over a communications network.

Abstract: A method for obtaining web-based advertising research data over a network is disclosed. User reaction data of at least one user to at least one advertisement displayed on a web site is collected. Questions are then posed to said at least one user based on said gathered user reaction data.
