Abstract: An interactive real estate system for facilitating the buying and selling of real estate properties is described. The interactive real estate system includes a standardization engine that is communicatively coupled with a plurality of multiple listing service (MLS) databases. The standardization engine is configured to convert raw MLS data into a standard format and store the standardized data on a standardized MLS database. The interactive real estate system also includes an application engine that is configured to calculate various attributes of the standardized MLS data to facility the buying and selling of real estate properties.

Abstract: A combination pawl and coin wheel for use in a vending machine is disclosed. The pawl has a beveled disk-engaging tooth adapted to engage a disk or coin at a coin corner so as to urge that coin against wheel surfaces and thereby inhibit coin rotation while the coin is in the pocket. Coin wheel wear is thus inhibited, and vending machine maintenance is minimized.

Abstract: A bulk vending machine having an integrated game of skill includes a base having a chute door and a coin mechanism operatively attached thereto. The bulk vending machine further includes a hopper in which the bulk product is contained, and the hopper is operatively connected to both the coin mechanism and the chute door. The game of skill is connected to the bulk vending machine such that the game of skill is movable relative to the frame of the bulk vending machine. The game of skill includes a playing field in which a game piece is maneuvered in order to satisfy objectives of the game of skill, whereby the consumer may win a prize by completing the objectives of the game.
