  • Patent number: 8556235
Abstract: A bracket system for forming gate assemblies comprising at least two brace members that are rigidly attached to hinge assemblies. The brace members are adapted to be attached to support members to form two corners of a gate box functioning as the structural portion of the gate assembly. The hinge assemblies are adapted to be rigidly attached to a fence post to allow the gate assembly to pivot relative to the fence post. Gate assemblies of arbitrary height and width can be formed using the bracket system.

  • Publication number: 20040129848
Abstract: A bracket system for forming gate assemblies. Four separate brace members are provided, and two of the brace members are rigidly attached to hinge assemblies. The brace members are adapted to be attached to different size support members to form the corners of a gate box functioning as the structural portion of the gate assembly. The hinge assemblies are adapted to be rigidly attached to a fence post to allow the gate assembly to pivot relative to the fence post. Gate assemblies of arbitrary height and width and using varying size of support members can be formed using the bracket system of the present invention.

  • Patent number: 6422613
Abstract: The present invention relates to a gate latch comprising an integrated latch/handle assembly, a mounting bracket, a return spring and a flat head shoulder bolt. The integrated latch/handle assembly is a flat bar section comprised of various radiused and right angled bends allowing the assembly to wrap around the leading edge of the fence gate with one of the bends forming the actual latch bolt. The ends of the assembly are bent to form handles which operate the mechanism, the handles having radiused ends. The mounting bracket is a flat steel bar section with two holes provided for attaching the bracket to the gate. The return spring is held in place by the shoulder bolt which attaches the handle assembly, mounting bracket and spring firmly together.

  • Patent number: 5890333
Abstract: The present invention provides a concrete form comprising a housing having a foot portion and a leg portion. The leg portion of the housing has a top end and a bottom end. The leg portion of the housing consists of four equi-spaced identical semi-conical wall segments and four concave wall segments joining adjacent semi-conical wall segments to provide a generally truncated conical configuration with a rounded cross or four leaf clover horizontal cross section. The top and bottom end of the leg portion is open. The foot portion is an inverted dish shape. The dish shaped foot portion has an annular side wall and a top wall. The bottom end of the leg portion is coaxially connected to the top wall of the dish shaped foot portion. An opening is provided in the top wall of the dish shaped foot portion the same size and shape as the internal cross-section of the bottom end of the leg portion.
